Okay, I think the layout should be fine on most browsers now. lol At least, it's fine on both of my computers now so all should be good. lol Arg to different browsers and not displaying things the same. lol It was fine on my desktop, but then it wasn't on my laptop. lol Now it's good on both so hopefully it looks right to the rest of you as well. ;) lol And now, moving on, some good and some not so good things to post, but I'll start with the good.
I talked to my cousin CJ for a while on the phone today and asked her if she wanted to come up and visit me for a while this summer. She wants to so now it's just a matter of if she'll have the time since she aplied for a lifeguard position through the city and it requires a fair amount of work. lol But hopefully there will be a week or two where she can come up and we can hang. :) I really hope that she'll be able to come visit for a week or something. It'd be lots of fun. :) I will see her when I go to Cali this summer though, but it'd be cool if she came to visit me here too. :)
And now, the not so good. I don't talk about him much, but I do have a step-brother. His name is Kenny and he's like three years older than I am. Anyway, he got married pretty much right out of high school and recently found out that his wife's been cheating on him... with more than one man. :( Very NOT cool. So, he's moved out and is staying with us for a while. If any of you are praying people, maybe you could pray for him with just what all to do now, etc. That'd be really nice. :) Anyway, hopefully everything will turn out okay. Other than that, nothing much going on right now. Currently I'm off to just mess with things on my comp and play more online games. ;) lol TTFN!

I just finished watching Hook on TV. I'm so giddy now. lol :D *dances* I want to fly! I carry a marble around in my pocket and it's my happy thought. ;) lol But I haven't been able to use it to fly yet because I don't really know exactly what my happy thought is. Crazy, I know. ;) lol And now I'm getting super excited for the DVD release of Peter Pan this coming Tuesday. I'm totally going to watch that like at least two times on Tuesday, if not more. ;) lol
Speaking of lovely movies, my mommy and I went and saw Ella Enchanted today. :) It was so cute and I way hearted it! If you haven't seen it yet... GO! lol My mom liked it, but she said that it was a little overly silly, but that's the part I super liked about it. ;) lol It was such a great happy, feel-good style movie. Gotta love those and it was funny and there were some "oh-no's" every once in a while when she was ordered to do something that wasn't good. And it had Cary Elwes in it! lol The only bummer though was that his character was so evil so I was way disliking him in the movie. ;) lol Fun stuff though. :) Well, I'm off. G'night!

Hey everyone, like the new layout? I do. :D lol I know it's pretty simple and all, but it's all spring-y and love and Robin Hood!!! lol Gotta love Robin! I like Marian too, but, you know, never seen her shoot an arrow with a bow before so she's just not QUITE as cool as Robin himself. ;) lmao You know, I think that this is my very first layout using animated characters from a movie. Actually, I'm quite positive that it is. It's sort of refreshing really. Plus, while I really like Timeline and I liked the layout I'd done with caps from it, it was just too dark and it was like, starting to depress me. lol This one is all light a blue and happy and full of love and cuteness. lol :)
Humm... what have I done since the last time I posted? Wow, not much. lol I did go see 13 Going On 30 with my mom last Friday though. :) It was a good movie, pretty darn cute. :) I liked it. Then let's see... a whole lot of sitting at home mostly. lol I'm getting very little hours at work right now(4.5 this week and the same next week) which is not exactly happy since I owe my mom and dad a lot of money. Oh yeah, that's another thing. My vehicle got fixed and I got to pick it up last Thursday(Hoora!), but unfortunately, the cost of fixing it was a bit over $600! So that's pretty much what I owe my parents right now. I had still owed them some from my laptop last week too, but I paid them some and so I think what I owe now is pretty close to the $600 which is a whole lot better than $900, but still really sad. So yes, you can see why my 4.5 hours a week at work is a very sad and unhappy thing. We're showing crappy movies right now and next week though so we're not expecting big crowds so that's why, but it still sucks. At least on May 7th we're getting Van Helsing so I should get more hours then. Plus, it looks like a cool movie so I'm hoping we'll get the print a few days early and I'll get an early screening of it. :)
Last night I spent a fair amount of time working on this new layout and whatnot. I've also been fiddling around with Adobe Illustrator and attempting to make vectors. I'm either not doing it right or simply not skilled in this area. lol I did one of a flower that's not too bad, but really not very good either. lol It's going to be a sub-layout for one of my upcoming sites. I've got to wait until I can manage to get an upgrade to Illustrator CS before I can finish it though because the new version has this cool thing I really want to use. lol I'm hoping to get an upgrade for Photoshop CS too. I'm waiting for a reply from someone about it. See, if I do updates on his company website for him he can get me free copies of both programs from Adobe. :D That way I get licensed programs so I'm being a good child and I get them for free which is really nice. lol
Today I also put up the Kevin & Nick fanlisting. The layout's definately not spectacular, but it works and I'm too lazy to do anything else. lol I need to get out more. I swear, it would help with me being productive on the comp. and online, but yeah, can't get out more so, oh well. I'll just suck it up. Anyway, I'd best be off now. *waves*
EDIT: Oh yeah, and I wanted to say thanks to everyone who's left messages on the tag board! *hugs* Sorry I was majorly slacking and didn't say so before. I shall try to be better about it now. :)

Sort novels are nice. :) I just finished reading Island of the Blue Dolphins by Scott O'Dell. I'm sure lots of you have also read it. He is one of my favorite authors. Anyway, I started it a few hours ago and now I'm all finished. lol It's been quite a while since I've read a book that I was able to finish in a few hours rather thing a few weeks or at least days and it was quite refreshing. I had decided last night that I needed a break from the huge series I'm working on reading that Tammy is lending me books from. So this morning I decided that Island of the Blue Dolphins it was going to be so I grabbed it and took it with me for "babysitting." ;) lol I'd also worked on cleaning my room some the other day and I was unpacking my books and putting them on shelves so that helped spark the idea to read a little something else and have a break. :) Now I'm thinking I might read my other Scott O'Dell books too. lol I think I've got three more besides this one and I've read a few more than that from the library years ago. They are all quite good. :)
It's funny, I've brought my laptop with me today and I had it yesterday and neither day did I even pull it out of the case. lol I think I got to the point where I needed a break from the things that I was "supposed" to do online. You know, working on sites and such. Sometimes I get into moods where I really feel like I should be working on sites, but I just don't feel like it so I end up waisting all my time doing a bunch of junk that is definately not productive. I'm thinking I might try an new aproach now. I might try limiting my time online/on the computer for a bit and see if that will make me more productive with the time that I do have online and all. It could work, I guess we'll see. :)
I've been sitting here for a while now. I'm not bored as I was reading and I do have internet access to keep me occupied as well. It's more that it's just real lazy feeling and I feel like I want to do something that makes me move a little more. I shall get that in a couple hours or so though. :) I'm supposed to go work out with Tracey. She was a leader for my youth group back when I was in 9th and 10th grade and I actually went. lol She's pretty cool. She's got a membership at the same gym I do so in an effort for both of us to feel more motivated to go, we're trying to make times to go workout together. I could really use it too. I haven't gone down to the guym for almost two and a half weeks now! I need to go and get my money's worth out of it! lol Plus, it would not hurt for me to go and get myself into better shap either. ;) Anyway, I guess I'll be off now. It's getting close to time for me to be able to go back home so I think I'll find something else to do for a bit. TTFN!

I think I've figured out why I've been lacking on blog entries lately. It's like I told a couple of my cousins when I called them yesterday, I really haven't been up to much. lol I do a whole lot of sitting around at home and then I go to work. lol Most of my non-working time that I'm available for a social life during is early in the day when most everyone else it either working or at school. Oh well. *rolls eyes* Looks like I might end up starting to work during the weekdays now too. Depends on if I can find a job. Actually, I could probably find and get a job fairly easily, but it'd end up at a fast food place and I'd REALLY like to try and stay away from those for a while yet. lol Why I am I thinking about getting another job? I'll tell you.
You may recall me mentioning in my last entry that my vehicle died on me when I was driving home. Well, it's still dead. lol It won't start. There's not any spark when you try and start it. The engine wants to start, but there's no spark and therefore it cannot go. So, today probably we're gonna call and get an estimate on home much it'd be for them to diagnose my poor, poor vehicle which means I'm probably going to have to shell out at least $100 just for them to figure out what's wrong. Then when they tell us what's wrong we'll have to figure out if it's something my dad can fix and it's not too expensive or if they'd have to fix it. Depending on how much it's gonna cost it may or may not be worth even getting fixed. Either way I still owe my mom like $100-$200 for the rest of my laptop payments and I'd have to get money to either fix the current vehicle or buy a new car. And by new I mean a used one that's hopefully not THAT used. lol Hopefully something a little newer than the '88 I had after I first got my license which died after, I think, a little over a year. *sigh* Cars are too expensive.
In other news I really haven't been up to much. I did some site work stuff over the last week, but not much. lol I did go out and buy Timeline last Tuesday though! :D YAY! That means I'll probably try and do a new layout for here soon. Gotta have a little variety, right? lol
Last Thursday my mom and I picked up Autumn in the morning then drove my mom to work and dropped her off while Autumn and I went to the arcade and waited until it was time to meet Andrew for the movie. Autumn and I are now getting seriously addicted to DDR. lol Before it was all about ParaPara and DanceManiax and now it's shifting. Autumn has decided she doesn't like ParaPara anymore because she doesn't want to move up to free-style and therefore she can't go any higher than she already is. *shakes head* Free-style ROCKS! And then DanceManiax hasn't been working for ages now. :( So sad. I think someone really killed it. Arg. So now it's all about the DDR Extreme they've got at the arcade. :) There's lots of fun songs on it, some that are new to us too, and we're getting a lot better already. Man though, you've gotta be in good shape to last more than a couple games on there without a five minute break in between. lol Autumn and I can do like a total of six songs on LIGHT(just above beginner) before our legs and our feet start to die and we start doing really bad because we can hardly move! lol Then we'll watch these guys doing trick and using BOTH of the foot pads. Holy cow. lol
After a while Andrew called and he was going to meet us there for a while before the movie, but then he go stuck in traffic and we ended up just going over to the theatre to meet him there. Our whole plan of having like almost an hour to talk and hang before the movie totally went down the drain... again. lol None of us are good with this "early" thing. ;) Oh yes, and the movie we saw was The Prince and Me. That was my third time. lol It was still good the third time though so that's sayin' something about the movie. ;) I think I won't see it again until after it comes out on DVD though. lol After the movie we all split pretty quick 'cause Autumn and I had to go pick my mom back up and Andrew, as always, had somewhere to be. But before we went our seperate ways I finally got Reign of Fire back from Andrew!! :D *dances* He's had that movie of mine since early December! lol He handed it to me and I actually hugged it and went something along the lines of, "Yay! Christian Bale!" lmao I think I might have pet it once or twice too. Hahaha. I guess I was just a little glad to have it back again. But I haven't watched yet. lol
So I'm sort of doing a babysitting job right now and I've got a little over three hours still left to go. So far I've eaten, updated fanlistings, and been blogging. Life is hard. lmao It might be nice if I had a little more to do, but I'll survive and I brought my laptop with me so I can work on things or I can even use it to watch Timeline because I brought that with me as well. lol So yes, I imagine I'll play some Solitaire and Free Cell now and then find something else to keep me occupied. Ta ta!

Happy Easter everyone! :) I hope you all had a good day. :) I had lots of fun and was all happy! lol I went to church this morning and it was a really good service. And we sang the song I was hoping we'd sing so double yay! :) "When all God's children sing out 'glory, glory, hallelujah, He reigns, He reigns!'"
After church I came home and got to work making little pixel Easter eggs for 2kaotic. I was all excited! lol They were lots of fun to make and then I put a letter on each one and put them all over the TCG and then everyone had to go find them and then unscramble the letters to get the password and their prizes. :) At least, I think it would be fun. lol I don't get to play. Darn. lol That's the only downside of running the TCG yourself, you don't get to play the games or things like that. Oh well, still fun though. ;) lol And I've already started to work on my update for tomorrow so I feel like I've been quite productive. :D
In other news today I cleaned the bathroom sinks and then I went to work on the bathtub. Yipes to the bathtub! lol It's still not finished being cleaned! See, we don't have a filter yet so there's rust in our water and it discolors the tub and it's a friggin' pain in the butt to clean! lol So, tomorrow or the next day I'll hopefully be in the mood to finish it. lol My arms were too tired earlier. ;)
Then I went to work and hung with the guys/read my book while waiting for customers to come. There were like 26 people or something which is hardly any, but better than the 4 that came to the early show I didn't work at. lol Probably needless to say, I didn't do much at work this evening. ;) lol
Did anyone else watch that stupid Nick & Jessica Variety Show thing that was on TV tonight? It was a piece of crap! It was more like just another opportunity for Jessica to act like a slut and let her boobs hang out! I kept waiting for the variety part too. *rolls eyes* It was depressing and stupid. The only good part was when Nick was singing with KITT and stupid Jessica had to go an ruin that! lol Oh man, if you missed it, lucky you. ;) lol
*sigh* Some not good stuff though. Last night my vehicle died on me. I got on the freeway heading toward home and a light came on saying to check the gages so I pulled over and called my dad to ask what it was and if it was a problem. He said it should be fine to get me home so I started going again. I didn't get very far. lol All of a sudden the pressure on the gas pedal went out and I started to slow down and you know, putting my foot on the gas did not help. So, I started to pull over again and then just as I was coming to a full stop, the engine died and the oil light went on. So, I called my parents to come rescue me and asked them to bring oil because I was hoping that was the only problem. It took a while, but then they finally got there, dad put oil in the engine, but it still wouldn't start. :( Dad doesn't know exactly what's wrong with it, but he thinks is an electric problem because the engine was trying to start, but there were no sparks. Anyway, it became apparent that I was gonna catch a ride home with them. Just as we were about to get into the car and go, a State Patrol guy stopped. All he did was ask us if we were involved in a collision and we said no and he was all like "good" and turned and got into his car and left. lmao He didn't even ask if we needed help or anything. We were all like... "okay." lol
So we got home and dad setup the truck to tow the my vehicle back home and my mom and dad went to do that. I just stayed home and prayed that everything would go fine. Oh, and I ate my ice cream. lol Mom and dad got home okay with the van so that was good. :) Unfortunately, dad tried to figure out the problem again today, but didn't have much, if any luck as far as I heard. :( I hope he can fix it. I guess time will tell. Anyway, I'm off now. 'Night!

Yay! I'm 19 now! :D lol I woke up this morning and go a "Happy Birthday" from my mom and then opened the card from her and dad in which lovely things were written, of course. :) Then I took a shower and got ready and mom and I went out to lunch. We stopped and chatted for a few minutes after eating with a couple ladies from chuch and that was nice. Then we headed out toward the mall. :)
We went around to a bunch of different places to find me a b-day present, but I didn't see anything I really liked and the few clothes that I tried on, they just didn't look right. lol Oh well. I actually found a present for Sam before I found something for my mom to get for me. lol But we ended up at Target before dinner and I found Underworld on DVD there so mommy got me that. :) Then we went and met my dad at his work and we all headed over to the Olive Garden for dinner. :D I got Manacotti(sp?), like I usually get whenever we manage to go there. lol It was tasty, but I hardly ate any of it because after the soup and the breadsticks I was sort of full and pasta stuff is REALLY filling! lol
After dinner we dropped daddy back off at his car and then I talked mom into taking me to Best Buy. I got WinDVD!! :D *dances* Techinically I already had it on my laptop, but it wasn't a full version, it was like half a version that Sony puts out and I couldn't take caps which is the part I wanted. lol It works though! I tested it out with my Spider-Man DVD which I also got at Best Buy. lol I saw it and asked mom if she'd get me it for my b-day too. :D lol YAY for two movies on DVD for my presents. :) So no I'm probably going to go cap-crazy soon. lol
After Best Buy we headed home, but we stopped at McDonald's first so I could get ice cream. lol I had a craving for soft serve ice cream from there yesterday, but didn't get a chance to go so mommy took me for b-day dessert sort of thing. :) I got a chocolate dipped cone. I didn't even know McDonald's had those, but they do and it was GOOD. lol *licks lips* Yumm... tasty. :)
lol Anyway, I've been writing this for like an hour because I keep watching Spider-Man instead of typing. lol I way heart this movie. Anyway, thanks to everyone who wished me a happy birthday and I will post more either later tonight or tomorrow and show you all the lovely b-day signs I got. :) Until then!

Wow, I've seriously been lacking on the posts. lol I can hardly remember anything I've done either. ;) I do remember stuff from Saturday though so I'll start there. :)
My mom and I went to see The Prince & Me Saturday morning. We met a lady who goes to our chuch there too because she wanted to see the movie and didn't want to go alone. lol That movie was super good the second time too. :D I really like it. Unfortunately, it doesn't look like we'll be getting it at our theatre unless I get really lucky or something. lol Probably not though. :( Oh well. Saturday evening I went over to Tammy's house to pick up her and her sister and the three of us went down to the theatre to watch Hidalgo. :) That was a pretty good movie too. I liked it a lot. :) It was a really good action/adventure movie and there haven't been a whole lot of those lately.
Yesterday was church in the morning and then work in the afternoon/evening. My mom made banana nut bread before I left for work so she sent me with some extra to offer to the guys. I wasn't sure they'd be interested or would like it, but dang, mom's banana nut bread went over better than any of the cookies or other sweets I've brought the guys! lol Next time I'll make some other kind of bread or something when I'm feeling like baking something and I'll take it to work with me. lol
Today I went outside and played archery for a while. :D YAY! I had played for a while yesterday too before work. I'm not doing too good at it right now. lol Yesterday I shot my first arrow completely off the bales of straw and it went into the bushes. Thank the Lord though, it didn't make it to the creek and I found it after looking for a while. lol But man, that was bad. And today I biffed it again, but this time it stuck itself in the ground before the bushes. Still so sad though. *shakes head at herself* lol
I was supposed to go to work tonight too, but after I was done playing archery, I called someone and got them to take my shift. I just didn't feel like going anywhere today which means I also didn't go workout. But at least I did archery so it's not like I didn't to anything at all today. lol I also called Sam and talked to her for a while. :)
Sam and I are going to write a book. :D It's going to be a fantasy/sci-fi-ish fiction novel. We've sort of started to work out different things about it, but it'll be a while before we start writing I think. lol I'm going to draw a map of the "world" we're inventing for it though. :D I knew that map-drawing book I got at a book fair years ago would come to good use eventually! ;) lol We're both really excited about it though. :) I'm hopefully going to manage to continue working on my character tonight and Sam's gonna try for working on her's tomorrow. Yeah, we're each creating a character and then we're going to write about both their stories. :) Well, I'm off now to try and work on that stuff. TTFN!
