Yesterday was a rather interesting day; turned out to be quite good though, really. It started out with me sleeping an hour longer than I had meant to. Oops. I got ready and went down to work to break down Merchant of Venice and then start building Sahara. First, it sucked because Sahara wasn't going to be available for pickup until yesterday morning (which is a pain in the butt), but then it got worse. lol When I was taking down Merchant of Venice, my cell phone rang and it was Wes calling to say that they didn't have our print of Sahara yet, so he was going to run some errands and then go back and pick it up.
Once I was done building the movie I had some time to spare, so I did some things on the computer there. While doing that, I suddenly realized that I had completely forgotten to update the website on Thursday night! Ahhh! lol So, I drove home to do that, and got it updated in okay time at least. Last weekend I had REALLY completely forgotten and didn't update it until Saturday. Bad, bad, bad. Well, as I was updating, I checked my e-mail. See, Thrusday was Keith's birthday, so even though he blew me off before, I thought I'd at least send him a happy birthday message since he had done so for me. I was not expecting any reply, but I got one yesterday! :) He said he was really busy and that he was sorry. I can't hold grudges, and I was never really mad at him, just sad about it, so of course I forgave him. Maybe we'll e-mail back and forth every once in a while now. We'll see. Again, I'm trying not to get my hopes up too high. lol
After updating the website and replying to Keith, I went to Blimpie to pick up some food and then hurried back to work, thinking the movie would be there shortly. Unfortunately, Wes called again to say that our print STILL wasn't there. Apparently the theatre that had it before us was late in bringing it back. So, I got to sit around the theatre and read for a while as I waited. I also tried to order some posters from Universal, but I was on hold for 20 minutes, and sitll no one had answered my call. The music they played was cool, but WAY too loud, and then every few minutes the voice would come on saying that my call was very important to them. Yeah, important my BUM! I gave up at that point. I shall have to try again on Monday, I'm sure.
Brian J. ended up getting to the theatre to clean before Wes even got back with the print! The movie was supposed to start a 4:30 PM, and Wes finally got there with the print about ten minutes after 3 PM! It is only through God's AWESOME graces that I managed to get the whole thing built in only one hour! Of course, the previews were already on (which normally takes a while) before the print arrived, but still, an hour is way fast. lol It's usually been taking me more like two hours, but God is GOOD. :D God is so good that even though I completely forgot to check for leftover que-tape at the beginning of the movie, he made sure there wasn't any, and that I caught and took off the only bit of que-tape that was left on there. The movie was done being built and threaded at 4:15 PM. lol Woo! I was having some sort of major adrenaline rush or something, too. ;) But totaly praise to God for letting me get it done even a little early, and that when I watched it during the first show to make sure there were no problems, it all went just right! Hallelujah!
The rest of the night went pretty well, and Tammy even came down to the theatre and visited with me for a while after the second movie started. She brought a bit of writing she had done and we chatted a bit. This one kid kept coming out for popcorn and being silly. *shakes head* He said he was a friend of Brian J.'s, so that's got to have something to do with it. ;) lmao
And now I must be off for more lovely work. I am expecting a rather nice paycheck soon though, and then I can hopefully finish paying my parents what I owe them for my car. I think I might even be able to give them all the rest of what I owe with this paycheck, but I shall have to wait and see. Oh, and for some reason that reminds me that my mom had mentioned the other day that I might want to start one of those little investment accounts where they put money into the stock market for you. I think that sounds like a good idea, so I will hopefully remember to try and make an appointment to talk to someone about that soon. Must be off now though, so TTFN!
EDIT: I forgot to mention that I hurt my left wrist somehow. I don't know how, but it hurts pretty good when I forget and try to do something with it. It's all right for typing right now, and for moving just a little bit, but other than that, it's real sore and hurts if I'm not careful. :( Blarg. Hopefully it will heal itself up ASAP. You know, provided I be nice to it. ;) lol

I have not posted for almost a week. At first I thought there wasn't really anything worth while to post, and then I was just not really feeling like it, then I was rather busy. It is now Thursday, however I have not yet gone to sleep, so I'm going to treat everything I'm about to type as if it were Wednesday, so I hope you will avoid confusion knowing that.
Saturday I worked. Sunday I went to church in the morning and did the so-called "video," and the projector died part-way through the second service, so that was fun. Got it back up in time for the two-seconds of use of the last powerpoint slide in our Pastor's message. lol Oh well, not too terribly big of a deal, really. After that, I went to work. lol And I do believe, that inbetween church and work, we went to the grocery store for milk, and I rented movies while we were there, so before work my mom and I watched The Notebook. The beginning of that movie is odd and weird, but the ending made me cry so very much. If you like that kind of thing, just watch it for the end. Heh.
Monday I went to work. Do you see a pattern? lol First, I went in around noon and built Merchant of Venice, and then started watching it. Ew, nasty, crap. That's what that movie is. Ew, nasty, crap. First, Shakespeare had no clue what he was doing, in my opinion. lol I am not at all a fan of him. And secondly, way gross, nasty, and needless nudity. Plus guys kissing guys... on the LIPS! That's just wrong people! Therefore, I stopped watching the movie just short of half-way through and while it was going, I started taking apart Hotel Rwanda (which was a GREAT movie, by the way). That ended up working out quite well because I didn't have to watch the stupid movie, just had to check on it every few minutes to make sure it wasn't bursting into flames (God forbid), and then I didn't have to stay as late because I got the other movie all broken down. I got to go home for a little while before I then went back to work. *rolls eyes* Upon arriving home, I decided to watch another of the rented movies, which was Flight of the Phoenix. Egh. Nothing special. I guess it was okay, but definately a renter, if even that. I think it just finished lacking a lot of stuff, and that's why I didn't really like it.
On Tuesday, I think I slept rather late, then did some stuff before... you guessed it... going to work! We had a "Jazz Festival" that night, and it got VERY noisy in the lobby before it started. And there were middle and high school band and choir people everywhere! It was so scary! lol I survived though, and so did the other two boys working that night. I got to go home early though, so that was nice. And since I got home early, mom and I started watching the final rented movie, and my dad even joined us for a while. It was The Dust Factory, and it was... odd, but somewhat intriguing. My parents went to sleep about half-way through it, but I, of course, stayed up to watch the rest, because I wanted to know what happened. lol It was okay, but I'm not really sure how I feel about it since it was definately not the sort of thing I'm used to seeing. lol I'll leave it at that.
And now that brings us to today, which is actually still Wednesday in my head. I got up at a decent time in the morning and my mom and I went down to work! OH! Someone save me, it was supposed to be my day off! And tomorrow is supposed to be my day off, but it's not really going to be either. Fudge. I shall attempt to stop complaining about the rigors of "adult-hood." Anyway, I tried to get the enw slide projector setup, but it's totally not the right kind, so that was a loss. Mom and I were going to go out anyway, so we went to return it. We also had lunch at Red Robin, went to JC Penny where my mom got a massaging neck pillow, and went to get some new signs made for work. We then stopped at a place to try and find the right kind of slide projector, but they didn't have it. They gave me a place to call though, so perhaps that will help. Then we went to pick up my car at Les Schwab. I forgot to mention that we dropped it off earlier before going to work. The tires that we got for my car a while back were on the wrong sized rims, so we got them put on the right sized ones and onto my car today! YAY! Hopefully I won't hydro-plane anymore. ;) lol Nah, just kidding. I don't know what kind of mood I'm in today, but it's not exactly good.
Then I went to Tammy's for a while before it was time for our class. I was going to try and write some more, but that didn't happen. All I had to show for the past week was a few paragraphs that I wrote Tuesday night, and that was it. Not good. At least there's enough people in our class that we can't all read each class time, so I was sort of safe. *sigh* I felt sucky about it though. Class went okay though, but I think my not-quite-lovely mood must have rubbed off because we were all kind of blah during the workshop today. Hopefully we'll all be more chipper next time. Some independent editors are coming to speak with us at the beginning of next week's class, so perhaps that will be somewhat enlightening.
Tammy told me that I had to write at least one paragraph when I got home tonight. I wrote a little more than that and made some important notes on where I want the story to go, so yay for that, and praise to God! :) God's the idea master. :D After that, I watched The Rocketeer since it came in the mail today. *dances* I joined the Disney Movie Club and cancelled my Columbia House membership. Man, they never want to let you cancel though, but I just kept saying, "No thank you," and she finally said she'd cancel my account and goodbye. Took like ten minutes though. ;) lmao But so now I joined the DMC, which is just like Columbia House, only with awesome Disney movies instead. I ordered The Rocketeer, Ella Enchanted, White Fang, Iron Will, and Cheetah. Unfortuantely, when I called the day after I placed my order to make sure that Ella Enchanted would be widescreen, I think the lady accidentally pushed the wrong button or something because instead of sending me the awesomely wonderful movie Cheetah, they sent me the incredibly stupid Disney Channel original movie The Cheetah Girls. Blarg. So, now I have to send that one back and wait a few weeks before they send me the right one, and hopefully credit my account for the shipping I have to pay to send their mistake back to them. It says they'll do that, but one never knows if they follow through with these things on their own, or if you have to end up pestering the heck out of them to get them to do so. Hopefully it won't be an issue, and they'll send me Cheetah soon. :) Anyway, I'm feeling rather sleeping and have lots of work to do on my not actually a day off tomorrow. *falls asleep*

Helpful Tip: Don't inhale sewing pins.
So, this morning I was at work. First I had to take down Beyond the Sea, which went quite well. Then, I started to build Hotel Rwanda. Somewhere during that time, Tammy called me. See, I was gonna call her when I was almost done building Hotel Rwanda so she could come and watch it with me, even though she's already seen it. She started out by saying something alone the lines of, don't worry, it's okay. I'm all like, "Uh-oh." But she re-assured me that everything was fine, and so I said okay and she started explaining.
Apparently, last night she was working on the costumes for the high school's play. She told me on Wednesday that she's never doing it again, because the "actors" are all annoying and finiky. But, I'm side-tracking from the real story here, so let me return. So, she was working on the costumes and she had these two really thick pieces of fabric she needed to sew together. So, she put three 2" long stick pins in her mouth. You know, holding them with her teeth until she was ready to use them. Well, the moral of the story is NEVER to do that, because one poked her. And, upon being poked, she inhaled (from the prick), and actually inhaled one of the pins! She had to go to three hospitals, all getting farther away, before she got to one that had the technology to help her. I think at the second one she got the x-ray. The pin had gone in to her lung. Now, I know that sounds really scary, but praise be to God, Tammy's totally okay, and now she just has an interesting story to tell. Anyway, they took it out today using some scope thing that they stuck in through her mouth. And, they let her keep a copy of the x-ray. lmao She happened to be driving by the theatre while I was working and stopped by to show it to me. lol She's supposed to come by tomorrow, so we're gonna try and scan it. ;) lmao I know that probably sounds terrible to you all, but Tammy and I are weird and we think the whole thing is sort of interesting/exciting in a way. lol So, perhaps, there may be an x-ray of Tammy's lungs with a pin in it on my blog in the next few days. lol
Other than that, my day went pretty well. I spent pretty much the entire day at work, except for a half an hour when I went to go and get food, and of course being home now. Blarg. I survived though. I was aggitated a number of times today though, so now I'm gonna have to hassle some people tomorrow. ;) lol Boy though, it's fun to tell rowdy middle schoolers that they're not allowed into the movie because it's rated R. lol That's the only good thing about us showing Sideways. Wes watched it yesterday because I didn't want to have to, and he told me he felt dirty afterwards. Not good. Anyway, I think this is all that I shall write for now, and I shall post again in a few days, I'm sure. Unless, you know, I get lazy. Ta ta!

I present to you all... Sir Purrs-A-Lot! lol I stuffed and fluffed him today at Build-A-Bear using the rest of my b-day money. :) Isn't he cute in his little prince outfit? lol Originally, I wanted to name him Danny Cat and have him dressed in some sort of khaki field uniform, but they didn't really have an outfit like that, and the prince outfit was just too cute. :) So now I have Sir Purrs-A-Lot, which, if you haven't guessed, is the name I made up for him. lol Oh, and the lady asked me if I was giving him to my special Prince Charming, and I said, "He IS my Prince Charming!" Heh. :p
Before that, I went and saw Sahara. I enjoyed it quite a bit. :) I think it is my favorite Matthew M. roll. :D I was a bit confused with the beginning, but then it all made sense and turned out to be quite the interesting and suspenseful picture. Quite funny as well. ;) I like the guy who played his friend as well, he was in That Thing You Do. Also, I found the treasure hunting stuff quite interesting and I liked the dorky science guy too. ;) lol It's good. I also went by Barnes and Noble and got a new book before coming home for pizza.
I just finished watching Little Women with my mom, and shortly now I must be going to sleep. I've got another long work day ahead of me for tomorrow. It shall not be so fun, but God willing I shall survive. :) Nighty night!

So, what have I been up to lately, you ask? Well, I suppose that I could tell you. First though, let me just express my total happiness and joy that Sam finally got darkblu.net back online!!! :D Everyone go see her pretty layout! I've been harpin' on her for months to get it back up, and while she put it up to show prospective clients, I'm still happy. ;) lol
Sunday I went to church in the morning, had some free time for a while, and then I went to work. That's pretty much it. lol So, we'll move on to Monday, which was somewhat more eventful. I went down to work in the afternoon and built Beyond the Sea and watched it. It was alright, but different than what I had been expecting. I'm not sure I really like the style they did it in, but it was still sort of interesting, and I liked most of the music. :) When I was finished watching it I got to go home for a half an hour to eat, and then I went back to work. lol
Yesterday I did something. *thinks and tries to remember* Maybe it was just that I hung around the house for most of the day attempting to be inspired to write for my class which is tonight. I think that's what it was. Then, of course, I went to work. I went early so I could do some extra stuff, and then I worked the movie. However, God was so awesomely good to me because he helped me write during most of the movie, and I didn't have to clean the espresso machine, so that gave me more time to write as well! lol :D I started a different story than the one I had taken last week. I just wasn't feeling the other one right now, and I don't know exactly what I want with the story. So, I started a new one, and thus far I like how it's coming, and I'm slowly, but surely, developing more ideas for it as well. :) Hopefully I'll get good feedback on it, and perhaps some suggestions on how I might make it a little better too, as there are some parts that are a little wishy-washy to me.
Today I called a bunch of places. lol Yesterday I had called the film department of Technicolor to make sure our next print was coming, and today I called the other place we get movies from. The lady who answered the phone actually LAUGHED at me for calling today because, apparently, our regular pick-up day is tomorrow. I could not believe that she laughed at me. It's a business for goodness sakes! *rolls eyes* Anyway, she was making this big deal about me calling a day early, but we get most of them on Wednesdays anyway, and guess what... it was ready today anyway! Ha to her! lol Then I called to order one-sheets (AKA movie posters) and trailers for some upcoming movies from the ad portion of Technicolor, and from a few other companies. It'd be really nice if you could order them all from one place, but it's just not the case. lol Oh well.
Tomorrow is the screening for Kingdom of Heaven, which I'd like to go see. However, my boss just noticed that yesterday, so it's probably too late to RSVP. We shall see though. If I can't go to that, I might go see Sahara because Sam said she liked it so much she was going to see it again. :) Anyway, as long as my boss tells me in time to go to the screenings for Star Wars III and Batman Begins, I'll be happy. lol I'd survive even if I didn't get to go to those ones, but I'd really like to. :)
Well, that's pretty much it. I might be going to Build-A-Bear with Tammy before our class if she can get someone to watch Aowyn. She said she'd call me in a while to let me know. If not, I'm hoping we can leave a little early and have hot chocolate at the school while reading each other our stories before we read them to the rest of the class. Anyway, there's a rumbly in my tummy (as Pooh would say), so I shall now go and have myself some delicious pasta. Oooh... you know what I learned off the pasta box last night? Pasta is a GOOD carb! There's apparently a scale for carbs and pasta is very low on it which also apparently means that it does not as readily turn into sugar, so it's better for you than many other carbs. I'm a happy camper. ;) Ta ta, and happy pasta eating to EVERYONE!

Yesterday was a very long day for me. lol I woke up at 6 AM. No lie, it's true. Anyway, I got to work at 7 AM and started watching House of Flying Daggers. I'm typically not one for movies with sub-titles, but I liked it fairly well. Of course, much of it was totally unrealistic, but that's how it was supposed to be, and the fight scenes were VERY cool. My favorite scene is the "Echo Game." I guess what makes me not like the movie so much is the ending. I actually kind of laughed. I really should not have, as it was supposed to be sad, but when the chick's been lying dead on the ground for a good 15 minutes or more with a dagger stabbed through her heart, and she then manages to struggle her way up to her feet... I don't think so. lol If it had only been a minute or two, then I could have been okay with it, but she was lying there for at least 15 minutes while the two guys duked it out over her, even though she was already "dead." lmao Sorry, it's just sort of funny.
After that was over, I started building Phantom of the Opera with Josh. He's still learning how to put movies together. I really don't think I should be the one teaching him how to do it though. I really just don't have the patience for that sort of thing. Anyway, we got that done and then I went to get food. lol I was hungry by then, having been up at 6 AM. Once I'd come back with my sandwich, we started the movie. It was okay. I think I need to watch it again though before I truly make a decision on it. Plus, Brian J. came in and was cleaning during the last part of it, and he kept distracting me a few times by shouting things like, "I found a quarter," and "It sort of looks like breakdancing." The last was during the part when they sing the Masquerade (sp?) song, and the one guy was doing this odd dance. I would not call it breakdancing, but it was definately odd. lol
Once that was over, I had to stay at work a little longer because there was an extra piece of que tape on the print and the curtains closed at the beginning of the credits. Not good. So, I had to take off a fair amount of film, pull of the piece of que tape the people who had it before had left on, and then put the film back on the platter. Wee. It really wasn't that horrible though, it's just sort of annoying to have to do. Then, I got to go home! lol I was at home for about an hour and got 11 extra lives while playing Sonic 2, and then I had to leave. Of course, I didn't think about leaving the game paused and coming back to it later, so I get to start all over again. lol I'll probably do that today. ;)
I went back to work, and God helped me stay awake all through the day! There weren't too many people at either of the shows, so it was sort of relaxing. I had to close, but, surprisingly, I was still holding out quite well by 10:30 PM. lol I was starting to feel somewhat tired though, so I went to bed right after I got home. I slept too long though, I think, and I might be up real late tonight if I'm not careful. Anyway, I'd best be off to start doing things for today. I have my own little list (it has some productive stuff on it), and my mom said there's some things she wants me to do today. Oh joy, chores. Blarg. lol TTFN!

Last night's writing class went very well. Actually, it's less of a class and more of a workshop. It was interesting and fun though. Everyone read aloud either a short story or a piece from a longer work, and then we critiqued each other's work. One gal's story sounds REALLY awesome so far. At the end of my critique for her, I told her that I really liked it, and if she gets it published, I'll buy it. lol I can't say anything about it, save that it has to do with time, and sounds way cool thus far. ;) lol
This morning I was supposed to go in to work and build House of Flying Daggers, but Wes called me up and said he had to go pick it up and he'd call me after he got it. So, I went back to sleep and laid in bed for WAY longer than I should have. *sigh* Seems to be the way of things for me. Anyway, once I got up, I took a shower and decided to play more Sonic 2 while I waited for Wes to call me back. I got really far on that earlier! Not only did I beat the boss that I was previously stuck at, but I went on to beat the next 5 levels, and then got stuck at the boss on the Mystic Cave level. I should look for cheats on the internet because I can't figure out how to stay clear of the falling stuff while also not killing myself by running into the boss where I'm not supposed to. lol It was fun though.
Wes finally called me after a while so I went down and built the movie. I was hoping to watch it as well, but I had some issues with the previews (I seem to be doing that a lot), and then had some issues with putting the movie together as well, so I didn't end up having time to run through it before people started coming in to work for the evening. So, I get to have a very long day at work tomorrow. ;) lol I'll write more about it after the fact. Anyway, I came home after finishing putting the movie together and had my dinner and watched a bit of TV. Then I tried playing more Sonic 2, but kept dying as I tried to beat the Casino Nights boss. Man, that one's hard. lol I might try again later, but I'm giving my left thumb a bit of a break for now. ;) Heh.
Now I'm just hanging out online and messing around a bit. I'm hoping to get a few things accomplished tonight. I would like to work on my Stargate TCG some since I was originally hoping to have it open next week. Not sure on that now, but it's possible if I do lots of work on it over the next few days. Shall see. I'd also like to work more on my writing since I really ought to get in the habit of doing that everyday. Anyway, I'm off right now. TTFN!

Well, I just thought I'd post some updates real quick. I've actually updated a few things on the site, but mostly what you'll want to know about are these two. First, I updated the b-day signs page with the lovely birthday sign that Sam sent me this year. :) Thanks again Sam! *hugs* Second, I have a new AIM sn. I've cleared out my buddy list and only have a minimal number of SNs listed now, which are the ones that I knew for sure who they belonged to. lol So, go check the contact page (in the site section) for my new SN if you're interested, and IM me next time you see me online to make sure that I know your SN. Thanks a bunch, and that's all I have to say right now. I think I shall have lunch and then perhaps finally attempt to write some stuff for tonight. lol
Woo, lots to catch up on. For starters, I'm home now, and I did have a very lovely vacation. Now I'm slowly working my way back into the regular rhythm of things. Though, I don't know if I've ever really had a regular rhythm, but it's fairly predictable, I suppose. ;) Anyway, I guess I shall start with Saturday and work towards today.
Saturday was my second birthday party. Valerie came, and my cousin Don came as well. I was unsure if I would see him since he's not living at home anymore, but he came to the party, so that was good. :) There was a good amount of pool playing, and some hanging out and talking. No one ended up going swimming, so I bought that new swimsuit right before vacation for naught. lol Oh well, maybe I'll use it during the summer for something, perhaps. Anyway, I got Val, Mike, and Don to play Star Wars Life at least, and that was fun. I won! lol ;) We also STARTED watching the Don Friesen DVD, but then more people showed up, and it was just never finished. lol Whatever. We had burgers for dinner, and then ice cream cake for dessert. Mike and I blew out the candles at the same time, since this b-day party was a joint one for the two of us, and that was fun. My mom didn't get the picture of us blowing out the candles though, so we had to fake it for a picture before we took out the candles and cut the cake. lol ;) For gifts Mike got me two Care Bears t-shirts and a cool gift bag which had a big red nose on the front that squeeks. lmao My Aunt, Uncle, and the other cousins got me a big geode that was cut in two and for using as book-ends. It's really pretty. :) I also got some money from my great-Aunt and Uncle, and a mystery/romance novel from my Aunt's mom. That was really nice of her to get me a gift, and she gave me a cute Winnie the Pooh card too. I've never read a book from that sort of genre before, so whenever I manage to get to it, that'll be a new experiance. lol So yes, the party was lots of fun. Keith didn't call though.
Sunday morning my mom and I went to check out a swap-meet for a while. There were a LOT of people there though, so we didn't spend too much time there, and neither of us ended up getting anything. Then we headed over to my Grandparent's house where my third b-day party was going to be. lol Valerie came to that one for a while as well, and this time we watched the whole Don Friesen DVD. That guy is so funny. lol Anyway, it was a little quiet with the "kids" section (which still includes me, though I'm twenty) because it was with the cousins that I don't see nearly so often, and it's kind of hard to find things to talk about now. Sadness. It was still good to see them though, and it went nicely enough. I got a bit more money, and then it was pretty much time for everyone to leave. My mom and I stayed well into the evening, and I watched part of Supervolcano on the Discovery Channel with my Grandma. My mom and I left part way through it, so I finished up watching the rest of it when we got back to the fort. It was fairly cool. I might tape it next time it's on and watch the whole thing all the way through, and then I'll have a better opinion about it. Again, no call from Keith. :(
I'm rather wondering what's up with Keith since he genuinely seemed like he was glad to hear from me, and wanted to meet up with me for a bit, but he never called me back. I called him Sunday morning/afternoon, but he never called me back. Here are the suggested possibilities for why this could be.
1. Something happened to him; I hope and pray not so.
2. He somehow lost my phone number and my e-mail, and has not checked his e-mail yet to see that I sent him another one Monday night when I got home.
3. He just plain forgot, which doesn't seem real likely.
4. His girlfriend had a hissy-fit about him talking to another girl, despite the fact that I haven't talked to him for at least 15 years, and I live in a totally different state, so nothing would happen anyway.
The last one seems the most likely, but still I am not sure. I just hope that he's okay, and I would really like to talk to him for a minute or two just to see what's up. I'm slightly worried about him now though, because he really didn't seem the type just to forget, but it's totally possible. So, I'm going to attempt not to think about it, but it's sort of hard. This may sound really weird, but I've been hoping to see him again someday ever since the last time I saw him, which was probably around the time of kindergarten in the summer, if I remember right. All that time, I've been wondering about him. You know, not obsessively or freakily or anything, but just wondering how things were going for him, and what kind of person he turned out to be. See, he was my first friend who wasn't also my cousin, or related to me in some other way. lol So that makes him special. I still think the most likely thing is that his girlfriend talked him out of it (which is horribly rude, and really rather stupid, in my opinion), and if that is the case, I am hoping to at least find that out for sure, so that I don't have to wonder if Keith is okay. Blarg.
Anyway, Monday mom and I went over to my Grandparent's house again and they took us out to the Souplantation for lunch. Then mom and I said our good-byes to them and drove down to the beach. We walked around there for a while, went to Balboa Island for a bit and went into a few shops, and then we went to the airport. We got there quite early. We ate Pizza Hut for dinner since we did not know if they were going to be feeding us much of anything on the plane. It was a darn good thing we ate beforehand, too. lol Our plane got in late, so we boarded late. We got out onto the tarmack and were sitting there for much longer than we should have been when the Captain came on the speaker. He said that the plane was having instrumentation problems, so we were going to pull back into the gate and have someone check it out to see if it could be fixed reasonably quickly. We sat there for a while and were told that it was fixed, and they just needed to finish filling out the paperwork. Stupid paperwork. lol Anyway, we ended up finally taking off about 45 minutes later than we were supposed to. Oh well. We only got pretzels on the flight though! I mean, they make us wait longer, and all they do is give us a dinky bag of pretzels. I asked for more. lmao They gave me some mustard seseme things instead, and they were all right, at least they were something to munch on. We had a good, safe flight though, and that's the most important part. Daddy came and picked us up, and we came home. I got on the computer for a bit, and then headed to sleep.
Yesterday was a nice, fairly lazy, day. I have not unpacked completely yet, but I did do laundry yesterday. I'm still waiting to hear from the people I'm supposed to do a website for, and I'm kind of glad I don't have to do anything for it yet. lol I went to work in the evening, and found out that all sorts of things went wrong while I was gone! First, when I was just getting there, I noticed that "Pacifier" was spelled wrong on the marquee. It was spelled "Pacfier." lol Then I found out that the popcorn machine wasn't working, so we've got this crappy replacement one right now that is quite awkward to use. I do believe there was at least one other thing, but I cannot remember what it was. lol I stayed a half-an-hour longer than my shift last night to catch up on advertising stuff from when I was gone. Fun, fun. lol
And now that pretty much brings us to today. Tammy called me this morning because I had called her yesterday to see how the first writing class that I missed went. She said it went okay, and it's going to be more of a workshop than a class. I don't know how thrilled I am with that, but I shall attempt to keep an open mind about it. The my first class of it is tonight, and I need to bring around five pages of something with me. I got an e-mail about that yesterday, and it's a good thing too, or I would probably not have thought to bring any writing with me. lol So, now I need to write five pages of something that I'm okay with reading aloud and don't mind if everyone else slams when they critique it. Joy. lol I'm sure I can come up with something, but the quality of it will depend. I could bring in five pages from something I've been working on, or just write a few more pages of one of my stories, but I'm not sure I feel comfortable putting my favorite ideas out there. I've become a bit copyright scared since my screenwriting class, where the teacher made a point to tell us how many people will try to rip-off your work. Unfortunately, I'm sure a lot of people will. So, I think I shall keep my really good ideas mostly to myself, and a few other trusted people. I've got some ideas on new things from recently that I could try and write up at least, and I wouldn't mind so much with them. Well, this is extremely long now, so I shall go and get to doing my things... eventually. ;) Ta ta!

So today was very casual. Mom and I got up and got ready, and my Aunt Terry made us pancakes for breakfast because she was in the mood for them. lol They were tasty. :) Then my Aunt Maureen came and picked my mom and I up, and we went to visit her and my dad's mom at the home. I stayed in the car. My grandma on my dad's side has Alzheimer's, and I just felt weird going in to visit her, so I elected not to. No one fussed about it, they understand. I hardly even knew her before she got the disease anyway. That didn't last too long and I just read some of Perelandra by C.S. Lewis while I waited for them.
After that, we went out to lunch and then to see Miss Congeniality 2. It wasn't really so much of a comedy as the first one, but it was very cute and I quite enjoyed it. :) If you don't want to pay to see it in the theatre, I suggest that you rent it when it comes out then, because it was very cute and quite good. :) When the movie was done, we drove over to visit my Grandma and Grandpa for a while, and then we came back to the fort for a bit of a rest before going out to dinner.
We had dinner with my Aunt Chris and Uncle Dan. It was okay. That's about all I'll say about it. The food was all right where we went. I just need to learn to ask more about what's in the food before I order it. lol *shrugs* Oh well!
Oh man! I almost forgot the BEST part of the day! Before we went to my Grandparent's house, we stopped to run a few errands and one of them was to go to Wal*Mart. I had lost my pens on the Matterhorn at Disneyland on Monday, I think it was, and wanted to get some new ones while we were there. That seems to happen to me a lot, to lose my pens that I keep in my pocket. Typically it's a ball-point and a felt-tipped. One for paper and one in case I need to write on my hand for some reason. ;) lol Anyway, I get up to the checkout stand with my pens and she rings them up and asks if I have ID. I'm all like, "huh?" She hadn't even told me the price and I was going to pay with cash, so I was confused, and she said it was for the Sharpie felt pens I was buying. LMAO I got carded for buying felt pens! After I thought about it for a minute, I could understand why since a lot of stupid kids have been getting high off of pens and all sorts of things the last few years. It's quite sad, really. I had thought Sharpies were non-toxic though. Either they don't know that, or the package is lying. Anyway, we were walking to the car after that and I said, "That's going on my blog," so here I am adding it. ;) lol
Well, it was a possibility that Keith was maybe going to call me tonight if he got into town at a reasonable time, but he didn't. Hopefully we can still manage to get together for a bit. I guess he and his girlfriend have plans for tomorrow, but there's a slight possibilty they might make it to the tail-end of the party here. If not, that leaves only Sunday, so we'll have to see. I have some other thoughts on that, but I'm not ready to share them with anyone else yet. I've got to wait and see what happens this time before jumping to conclusions on things. I have a bad habit of jumping to conclusions, and I need to break myself from it. Anyway, I guess that's all I really have to write about. TTFN!
Oh, and a VERY happy b-day to Sam today! :D And a belated one to Kriss! :)
Thursday, April 7, 2005
I'm 20 now. I don't think it's totally sunk in yet though. Earlier today I was thinking that I was 18. lmao Silly me. Anyway, I shall start off with yesterday, my b-day. We woke up early and went to Disneyland right away. I went into the information area and got a "Happy Birthday" sticker, and they put my name and my age on it. I also got to pick up the "birthday phone" and Goofy sang happy b-day to me. ;) lol It was cute. Right when my mom and I walked out of the information area, the first Disney cast member that walked by wished me a happy birthday. I tell you, go to Disneyland on your b-day and get a sticker, it feels great to get wished a happy birthday all day long. ;) lol
We went on quite a few rides and I bought more pins, and even traded a pin to a cast member and got a special pin that you can only get from cast members. Oooh. lol My mom and I got to ride up front in the pilots area on the Monorail too, and that was fun. Then we went on more rides and I e-mailed the picture of my mom and I from the Buzz Lightyear ride to myself, my dad, and to Keith. Keith said he didn't get it though, so I don't know if my dad did either, but I got it and I saved it to my comp, so all's well. ;) lol
For lunch my mom and I went into California Adventure and had to wait a while to get in to Ariel's Grotto. It was worth it though because they had characters there while we were eating and I got my picture taken with Mickey, Minnie, Max, and Pluto. Our server was really nice too, and wished me a happy birthday and even came back at the end of our meal with another server and brought me a little bowl of ice cream with a candle in it and they sang happy birthday to me. Her name was Sandi, if I remember right, and she was very cool. That's a good place to eat. Oh, and how could I forget from before!
While we were in Disneyland before lunch I went to the Pooh Corner gift shop and got the headband with Tigger ears as well as a cute Tigger scrunchy (for hair). Then, when we walked outside Tigger himself was there! My mom and I got in line and I got my picture taken with him. He got down on his knees and gave me a big hug around my waist for the picture. lol Then he made kissing noises at me. lmao Max and Pluto also did that when I got my pictures taken with them. Of course, my mom's all like, "maybe there was a cute guy in there, and he thought you were pretty." lol I suppose it's possible, but I don't believe it. ;) lol
In addition to more pins, before we left the parks to head to Medieval Times, I also bought a "Hotel Manager" pass from the Tower of Terror gift shop. It's pretty cool, and it also says "I survived!" on it. Then, I heard a bell noise and turned around and saw that they had those consierge (sp?) desk bells for sale! I thought they'd be way expensive, but they said they were eight dollars and I thought, heck, for that I'll buy one! So I did. lol I think I'm going to put it on the corner of my desk when I get home. ;) lmao
My mom and I almost didn't get in to Medieval Times last night! We didn't think it would be a big deal not to have reservations, but while I was talking to Keith on the phone, my mom went to get the tickets and when I hung up with him, she said they were already sold out for the night! So, we got in a stand-by line. Praise God, we got to go in! :D YAY! And then, my mom, being all brave, asked the two-some in front of us if they wanted to pay together so that I could get in free? See, the birthday celebrant gets in free with three paid adult admissions, and none of the relatives wanted to come. My mom said that whatever the total was for the three of them, she would split it in half with them, so they'd save a good amount of money as well. They agreed, and so we did that! lol My mom even sprung for the b-day package, so I got a program and a banner for our Knight as well as a photo with the King or Princess, and my own slice of b-day cake.
We ended up missing a bit of the pre-show stuff, but hopefully it wasn't anything too important. We got in right when they were introducing our Knight, the Black and White Knight. The show was awesome! The food was okay. I don't like chicken still on the bones and with skin, and that's what I got a huge chunk of. lol They also gave us ribs, but I don't like those either. lol I had some of the chicken that I picked out from under the skin, and it was pretty good, and I had soup and a potatoe, and some bread n' such. It was weird to eat it all with my fingers though. lol There are no forks, knives, or spoons there. Though, surprisingly, I did get a fork with my piece of cake. lol I was a little sad because when they read out the names of people who had birthdays or were celebrating special occasions, mine was not on there, even though the lady at the ticket booth had put it all into the computer. :( *sniff* I suppose it was because we got in late. Oh well.
After the show I ended up getting my picture taken with the King AND the Princess instead of just one of them! :D Woo! lol It's 'cause I left my b-day sticker from Disneyland on, I think. lol I guess it has to be mailed to us since I took it after the show, so I should get it right about when I get home I think. :) We looked around the gift shop and I got a barrette that's got yellow flowers and a yellow princess-style sheer cloth hanging from it. I also saw a cape with our knights colors on it and if I had had $150 extra bucks to blow on it, I would have gotten it! lol It was so rad! Then I was sort of glancing at the swords, knowing that I didn't have enough to get the Robin Hood sword I would some time like to get from them. But then, low and behold, they had a mini one that was only $12 so I got it! lmao As we were walking out, my mom spotted the Black and White Knight so I got him to sign my crown. :) Too bad I didn't get his cute squire to sign it too, but I didn't see him anywhere around. ;) lmao In short, the evening was great. :)
Today I used my last day at Disneyland. I had to go alone the whole time, but it turned out much better than when I had tried to do that last year. I think mostly because I gave it a better chance this time. I got on Indian Jones almost right away because the lady gave me a break. They don't have a single passenger line there anymore, and when I was walking away after asking her about it, she asked if it was just me, and I said yes, and so she gave me a pass to go up through the fastpass line. Yay! lol I went on Buzz Lightyear again, and bought some more pins, and sent another picture from the ride to myself. lol I also went on Big Thunder Mountain, and when I was standing in line for the Haunted Mansion, I realized that next time I have to go to Disneyland all by myself, I need to bring a mini spiral notepad and a pen. Why? Because there was a writing exercise I found online (haven't tried it yet) where you go to a coffee shop or some other public place and write down a few snippets from the conversations going on around you. Then, you finish them on your own later in the same style as the people who originally said them. Man, it would have been a hoot there. ;) lol Either that, or I need to bring a book for in the lines. lol I never had to wait too long though, so that was nice.
I went over to California Adventure in the later part of the day and got right on Soarin' over California. Then I got a fastpass for Tower of Terror, and then went pretty much right on to Grizzly River Run right after getting that. The singles lines in C.A. are VERY nice. ;) lol I wandered a bit after that and got a free sample at the sourdough factory before it was almost time to use my fastpass. I also recorded a new voice mail message while there today. So, if you were to call my cell phone and get my voice mail, you would hear me say the following.
Greetings from the Hollywood Pictures Backlot here at Disney's California Adventure! This is HoL and you've reached my room here at the Hollywood Tower Hotel - room number 1313, to be exact. Are you scared? I am. I'm out and about on the town right now, so leave me a message and I'll get back to you whenever I make it back to my room. Could take a while though because, well, you never know with this elevator. Talk to you later! Bye!
*giggles* I had fun with it. Took me like eight tries to get it so that I could be happy with it though. ;) lol It's hard when you don't have it written down and people keep walking by looking at you like "what are you doing?!" lmao Then I went on Tower of Terror, and that was my last ride. After that it was back into Disneyland for a bit for me to buy a little Tigger figurine and some of the AWESOME Disneyland chocolate fudge. Yum. My mom came and picked me up shortly after that. Oh, and I got a hair wrap earlier in the day right when I got there. Those things are FRIGGIN' expensive now! It cost me $35! I need to rent a booth at the next town fair thing and do hairwraps. I know how to do them (you can't really do your own too well though), so I should charge people half that, and I'd still make a good profit! lol
Once mom and I got back home after dinner at Subway, we relaxed and watched a bit of TV for a while. Then I got online to check for movie times for tomorrow. We're probably going to see a movie with my Aunt Maureen tomorrow, visit with my grandparents, and go out to dinner with my Aunt Chris and Uncle Dan. I might be seeing Keith tomorrow too. He called while I was at Disneyland yesterday to wish me a happy birthday and say that he was coming home from school this weekend, but he wasn't going to be able to make it to the Saturday party I invited him to. So, hopefully we're going to get together at some point this weekend for a bit. lol We decided that neither of us could really "plan" anything, so he's just going to call me at some point, and I'll just have to be ready. lol
I sent him one of those e-mail forward surveys last night and today he sent me a reply. Hopefully he won't mind me putting one of his answers up here. lol I don't think he knows about my blog yet though, anyway. lol Anyway, here's the question and what he wrote.
If you could come back from the dead what would you be? I'd have to say a woman. Now, when you're done laughing, I have a good reason. I always hear the opposite sex saying how much more difficult their lives are then guys, so I figure I might as well give it a try before I can truly make the final verdict.
lmao I loved that one. ;) It was quite funny, but really a very good answer for a guy to write. Just thought I'd share that with you all. Now, I guess it's time for me to go and fold my laundry, so I'll have to say goodbye. Before I go, a big thanks to Sam and Kriss for putting b-day messages for me on the tag board! *hugs* Thanks you two! Well, I'm off now. Nighty night!

I just got off the phone with Keith a bit ago! :D Valerie left me a voice mail last night with his phone number (I had called her up and asked if she could find it for me). I was going to call him earlier today, but we were at Disneyland all day long, so that didn't work. Then, I started thinking about it. NEVER do that people. Just call for goodness sakes! lol I always mess myself up that way though because I start thinking how everything could go wrong and how I'll probably sound like a total dork. *shakes head at self* I need to work on that. Anyway, I finally managed to call him and I said, "Hi, this is (my full name). We used to go to preschool together; do you remember me?" It didn't even take him a second to say yes. :) I had hoped that he did remember me, but just because I remember people and things, doesn't always mean that others do as well, so I tried not to get my hopes up. He said he was totally in shock that I called. lol I seem to be doing that lately. First when I called Valerie, and now when I called Keith. I wonder who I can call out of the blue next? Heh. Anyway... Keith and I had a nice little conversation for a while. There were a few awkward moments of silence, but I think it overall went okay. I'm sure I sounded like a bit of a dork, but that's really just the way that I am, so he'll have to get used to it sooner or later. ;) I invited him to my b-day party on Saturday and he said it depends on how much homework he's got. He's studying to be an architect. Actually, it's something mixed with that, like an architectual engineer or something, but I'm bad at remembering stuff like that. I got his e-mail address though, so I told him I'd e-mail him soon, and then maybe we can chat some more. I'm just so glad he remembered me. :) One thing was sad though, I mentioned another friend to him, Evan, and he said Evan's turned into a pot-head. :( Bummer. That makes me totally sad. Guess I probably won't be trying to get in touch with him. But still, it was awesome to talk to Keith. It's rather funny though since it's probably been about 15 years since I last saw or talked to him. lol
Earlier today, mom and I were at Disneyland. I woke up at about 6:30 AM and got ready and we used our early entry and got into Disneyland at 8:00 AM. I originally wanted to use that on Wednesday, my birthday, but of course, that's one of the days of the week you can't. lol Oh well. Today turned out to be a good day to do that because we got on a lot of rides early in the morning, and a fair few through the rest of the day.
I started a pin collection today too! I've been looking at all the cute Disney pins the last few years I've gone, and this time I finally decided to buy some. I ended up buying five, and then I got one free because I spent a certain amount of money or something. AWESOME! lol I'll have to take a picture of them later and put it up so you all can see them. I should probably wait a day or two though since I might buy some more pins next time we go. ;) lol
Early on in the day, mom and I went on the new Buzz Lightyear ride. You get your own little lazer gun and a console right in front of you tells you your score as you shoot the different targets and "try to defeat Zurg." It was a whole lot of fun! When we were walking out, I saw that they had touch screens where you could e-mail your picture to yourself or someone else. I thought that was really cool, but it was probably expensive like everything else in Disneyland (though some things are actually quite reasonably priced). However, I asked later in the day, and the lady said it's free to e-mail your pictures from that ride! I'm totally going on it again next time and e-mailing the picture to myself. lol That'd be awesome. :) I could probably post more about the day at Disneyland, but for now I'll leave it all at that and move on to the next subject.
Yesterday (I know I'm jumping all around here), my b-day party with my dad's side of the family was very nice, and lots of fun. :) We had lunch and chatted and then I opened gifts. I got the coolest Target gift card! lmao It had a pin-wheel on it, and you could make it move! lol I thought that was rad. ;) We had ice cream after that and I had tasty rainbow sprinkles on mine. It was quite good.
We came back to the main fort after the party and as soon as my Grandparents got here, we left with my Aunt, Uncle, and cousins to all go out to dinner. It was all right. Company was good, as always, but the food was not the best. Oh well. We came home and talked for quite a bit before my Grandparents left, and then my mom took me over to Target to do a bit of shopping before they closed. I was going to use the bathroom when we got there, but it was the grossest, nastiest bathroom ever, so I decided I didn't really have to go THAT badly. Egh. It was really dirty, and gross, and you all probably don't want to know anything more than that. Anyway, I used a fair portion of my b-day money from the party to get Return of the King on DVD (I hadn't gotten that one yet, and they had it on sale for only $10!), a Nano Kitty (I didn't know they still sold those in the store, and it was only $10 too! lol), and one of those cool game controllers that come with the games built into it, and all you do is plug it into your TV. It's a SEGA one, and the game I got it for is Sonic the Hedgehog 2. Oh yeah baby! lol I played it some last night and it was just as fun as I remembered. I used to play it with two of the kids I babysat years ago, and it's probably one of the only video games I'm anything decent at. lol I got past the first two levels easy, the third all right, but I keep killing myself on the fourth one. I was getting rather frustrated, so at least I was smart and turned it off before I got too angry. lol
Well, I shall be off for now. Tomorrow should be a nice, fairly relaxing day. I'm not real sure what I'll be doing, except that I know my mom and I are taking my Grandma and Grandpa out to dinner at the Olive Garden. Yum! :) Nighty night!
Sunday, April 3, 2005
Well, I did not "happen" to run into the Backstreet Boys shooting their music video during the last two days. No surprise there. ;) lol However, had a good few days, and Friday turned out to be quite awesome. :D I shall start from Friday morning.
My mom and I woke up and drove over to my grandparent's house, and picked them up. Then we headed out to visit some of my mom's cousins and their families. It's terrible because I see them every few years usually, but I never remember any of their names, nor know which one belongs to the few names I know, and of course they all know my name. *rolls eyes at self* Anyway, we had lunch with them and it was okay, and I chatted a little bit with a couple of them, and also tried to explain the last two episodes of SG-1 season 8 to my grandma because it didn't seem like she had seen those ones. It's hard to explain the all the alternate reality timelines though. lmao After that, we went back to my grandparent's house where I proceeded to call my friend Valerie, whom I hadn't talked to or seen for quite a while. It turned out that she didn't have any plans for today, so my mom took me over to her house.
When I first called her on the phone, she said, "wow, this is totally random!" lol T'was not what she was expecting for the day since it had been so long. We had a little fun trying to get back into our old chatty groove, but then we started talking about lots of things, and it was lots of fun. :) She wants to become a painter and sell her artwork, so I told her I'll totally make her a website and I showed her mine. :) After talking for a few hours, we went to the mall and walked around for a bit while continuing to chat. Then we went and had dinner at Islands, which is where they always used to go, and I would often tag along. lol It was nice, and my burger was good. We had lots of left-over fries, but those are never good re-heated so we just left them. ;) lol
It was SO funny while we were eating though. Valerie all of a sudden remembered that her mom told her to give me back the bear I asked her to hold for me before we moved. It took me a minute, but then I remembered about it. I totally forgot what the bear had looked like until Valerie pulled it out of her closet when we got back to her house. Right before we moved, I asked her to keep it for me until I could get it back because there wasn't space to take it up to Washington with us (it's a rather large-sized bear), and she agreed. I made her promise. And she kept the promise because she kept that thing in her closet for almost ELEVEN years! lol Holy cow! So, now I've got it back and I'm going to stick it in a bag and check it on the flight home. lol It was so funny though! I had totally forgotten about the bear. ;)
At that point, my mom came over to get me, but Valerie's mom asked if she wanted to come in and stay for a while, so she did because she had said earlier that she wanted to perhaps chat with her a bit. My mom ended up having a really good chat with Val's mom (yay!) while Valerie and I had a good chat in her room. We took a couple of pictures together and exchanged e-mail addresses, and then we started chatting. Right before my mom came back to say it was time to go, I started flipping through her senior year high school yearbook to see people I had known when I was still living down here. Most of them look a lot different. But, what really got me was that I saw someone I had not been expecting to see in her yearbook... my friend Keith from PREschool! I've been trying to track him down (not seriously, but keeping my eyes open), ever since just before we moved, which is bascially eleven years now! And there he was, just pictured in Val's yearbook. lol How funny. Then Val says that she just hung out with him the other day because he's friends with her friend's boyfriend, and she saw her friend the other day. (I hope that made some sense. lmao) So I told Valerie, she had to ask him if he remembered me next time she happened to see him, and give him my e-mail if he did. :) Shortly after that, I had to leave, but I invited Val to one of my b-day parties while I'm down here (I have three, it's complicated. lol), and I might see her another day while I'm down as well. Friday turned out to be a totally awesome day and I'm so glad that I re-connected with Valerie again! :D
Yesterday, my mom and I got up early and my Aunt Maureen came and picked us up. We spent the early part of the day with her, two other Aunts from my dad's side, and two of their girls. We went shopping and then had lunch at this place I'd never heard of before. I got a pita pizza with pepperoni and olives on it, and when it came out, it had the most olives I had ever seen all at once on it! It was FREAKY! They didn't cook the olives either, they just threw them on after the rest of the pizza was done. *is confused* It was all right, but not real good. Oh well. After that my dad called to say that we finally got snow at the pass again and he was skiing. He was a very happy camper. ;) lol Then we went and did more shopping and we went to this cool Irish store. My mom and I went in together and got my grandma, who is full-blood Irish, though born in the states, a button one of the family names on it, and Irish fortune cookies! They're really cool looking, and instead of the regular fortunes in them, they have Irish proverbs and sayings! :D I hope grandma likes them. Oh, and I got some fake tattooes that have lips on them and say "Kiss me, I'm Irish." Hehehe. I'm going to share them with a few of my cousins I think. ;)
After all the shopping was done, we came back here to the fort. Heh. My Aunt and Uncle had just started watching Star Wars II, so we sat down and watched it with them. Then, we watched the Don Friesen DVD we brought with us and all had a very nice laugh. Helpful tip though: don't eat pizza while laughing, it causes your stomach to feel not-so-happy. ;) lol Then I had a chill break for a while and once the baseball game was over, my Aunt and my cousin Kevin played my Star Wars version of the game of life. It was pretty fun, but I think it will be more fun the next time I play it, when I know more of what I'm doing. ;) lol After that I went to bed. Oh wait, forgot that before we started the game, I called Valerie to see if she could get Keith's phone number for me so I could try to see him while I'm down here. She said she would, and that she was for sure coming to the party Saturday (yay), and also that she might be coming up to Washington to visit me later this month!! Woo! That would be awesome! None of that is for sure yet though, so we'll have to wait and see.
Today I am just biding my time until my first b-day party. It is with my dad's side of the family. Should be nice though and I will get to see lots of people and whatnot. :) After that I think the rest of the day will just be more hanging out here unless my mom and I decide to go shopping to find my cousin Mike a b-day present (the party on Sat. is for both him and me), or find something else to do. lol Anyway, it's getting close to time for leaving so I'd best finish getting ready. Don't want to have a birthday party with uncombed hair. ;) lol TTFN!
