Guess what came in the mail today!! The Redwall Cookbook, that's what!! On the way back from work I stopped at the store and bought raspberry jam and I made my first thing from the cookbook... "Rosey's Jolly Raspberry Jelly Rock Cakes." They are GOOD! It's sort of like a scone with jam in the center of it and then there's sugar sprinkled on top. Yummy! I shall probably eventually try most of the things in the book. And, since I don't like seafood, I think I'll just make plain Hotroot Soup and leave out the shrimp. lol The recipe for "Mossflower Mulled Cider" sounds very good. I shall, of course, post more when I make other things. I'm just excited that the first try was such a tasty success!! :D
Also, along with my cookbook came this other awesome book. It's called the Flip Dictionary and it's like a thesaurus, only way cooler! For instance: if you look up the word "ship" it proceeds to go over what the different parts of a ship are called, what the people who work the different jobs on a ship are called, etc. Oh, it shall be quite helpful for writing. It's a whole lot bigger than I thought it would be, but that's not a bad thing. ;)
Work was okay today. I got up early to break down last weeks movie, then I built the movie we started today and watched it. After that I got to come home for a bit before going back to work. lol The first show was pretty light though, so I can't complain. Josh and I had an interesting conversation after a while too that started with school and went through all sorts of other things (mostly a lot of America's faults, lol). It was a good chat. Then we cleaned up after the FIVE people that watched the first showing. lmao That was hard. ;) The other worker bees came shortly after that and we all chatted while waiting for customers to show up. There were quite a few more than the first show at least. ;) So work was okie dokie.
Also, there was a fortune cookie on my placemat when I got home from work. When my dad gets his rice bowl every once in a while he saves me the fortune cookie. I really like them for some reason, and he doesn't really, so it works out great. lol Anyway, my fortune was this: "You will soon be crossing the great waters." At first I was like, wow, that's lame. But then... it dawned upon me. That means I'm going to win a contest I didn't even enter to be flown to Europe to see the Boys perform in concert again! lmao Don't you think? ;) Yeah, so it's probably not that, but it gave me a little laugh.

You know what's really fun? Changing the marquee in the rain! lol So, you can guess that I meant that as a sarcastic comment. It could have been worse though, and despite the fact that I got soaking wet by the time I was finished, it was okay. I volunteered to do it. Plus, I think Brian J. and Nate had more fun changing the posters anyway. lmao ;) I am not looking forward to more chaning of the marquee when raining though. It's wet, cold, and the letters stick and it's hard to pull the old ones off. *shivers* Woah... that was an involuntary one just from thinking about earlier.
In other news, look, I'm posting again... the day after my last post! *dances* Go me! Also, I worked on some content for my new domain today. I'm pretty excited about it, and I like what I've made thus far. :D So now I think I shall throw out a few hints about this new project I am embarking on. Ready? Here they are: BSB. Brushes. There is more to it than that, but you just get that for now. ;)
I am going to be tired tomorrow. Got to get up early for work. Our print for the movie we're starting tomorrow ought to have come today, but apparently it's not coming until tomorrow around 10 AM. Blarg. I have to get up earlier than that though to do more work related fun things. Then once I'm done with that good, fun stuff, I get to come home for a bit before having to go back for regular hours. *sigh* At least I don't work late though, so that part is nice.
I'm still working on getting myself going with my writing. I wrote a paragraph yesterday (woo), and I had some ideas today that I wrote down, but that's it. Hopefully I will eventually get into the proper habit of writing and get some things to show for myself. That would be quite lovely. Anyway, must be off now. I'm going to attempt to get enough sleep. *laughs* Wish me luck!

Well, I meant to get more things accomplished today, but I didn't. I am blogging though. Wee for me! lol I did a few of my chores today, and I got some things together than I need to ship to people, so that was good. Anyway, I wasn't completely lazy. My plans for the rest of the night involve sitting in front of the TV though, so I don't expect to accomplish anything else. lol I got a sample layout made for a re-vamp I'm doing for someone's site. I couldn't say no, and the site is for a worthy charity, so I'm not going to charge them anything for it. Well, not unless they have me do a whole lot more work than was mentioned, but I wouldn't charge them much. I feel like this way, I'm sort of donating to the cause, so that's a happy feeling. :)
Nothing really interesting going on in my life right now. That's part of my excuse for not blogging much. I just hang around home and go to work, and that's pretty much it. I'm hoping to go on a cooking spree though when my Redwall Cookbook arrives!! :D I was so excited to hear about that and when I went to get the new Redwall novel last Friday I was excited to get the cookbook also, but I couldn't find it anywhere in Barnes & Noble. I even asked one of the workers for help finding it. She looked it up in the computer, and it said they had some apparently, but she couldn't figure out where it would be. *rolls eyes* So, as soon as I got home, I ordered it off of Amazon.com. It just shipped, so hopefully it will be here in a few days, and not a couple of weeks. lol I'm really excited to look through it and try something out. Should be fun, and maybe I'll be adventurous and try something that I normally wouldn't. I can tell you for sure though, I won't be making the shrimp n' hotroot soup. Nope. No seafood. lol I do hope there's a recipe for candied chesnuts in it though. *licks lips* Those sound quite yummy. :D
Oh yes, and last night I got a new domain. It wasn't planned, but I couldn't resist. lol I've been keeping an eye on DreamHost for a while now. They have a lot of features and they have sales all the time. I've been waiting for them to have a really good sale before I signed up though. And right now, they do!! They're having a birthday sale for their company and it was only $23.88 for a full year of hosting on their smallest plan. That plan is NOT small though. It's like 48 GB of space and 140 GB of bandwidth! I call that a friggin' good deal, don't you? lol I already had the domain I was planning on hosting with them, but they give you a free domain when you sign up for the life of your hosting with them, so I figured, I might as well, right? lol I have a plan for this new domain, but I shall not say anything until I actually start working on it. Don't want to get all of your hopes up if I slack off majorly or anything. ;) Oh yes, and if you sign up with them without the promotional sale, tell them that hrwrites referred you, and I'll get a whole lot of money. lol It doesn't work with this sale though. The only thing is that they have a homemade control panel and I'm still working on figuring it all out. lol I will though, just need a little time. ;)
Well, that's all I can think of for now. This post came out semi-long though, so I consider it productive. ;) lmao To my friends in Europe who will soon be attending BSB concerts... have a blast!!!!! Man, I really hope they do a second leg in the U.S. ;) Ta ta!

I was just going through my fanlistings updating and adding people to them. I check all the websites that people submit with their other info, you know, to make sure there's nothing gross on them, and on one, there was a link to MASH. I've done it online before, but I was sort of bored and thought, why the heck not?! lol So, here is my MASH.
You will drive a blue Jeep.
You will marry John Sheppard and have 0 kids.
You will be a novelist in South Africa.
lmao Hallelujah to the zero kids! And John Sheppard is the character from Stargate Atlantis. lol :D Out of the five guys I listed, only one was the name of a real-life person. Fun, fun though. I now encourage you all to go do that and tell me what you come up with from it. More to post, but my head hurts right now; shall try to post a real entry soon.

Wow, lots and lots to write about in this entry. lol Hopefully I'll be able to remember everything. I'll start with leaving on Wednesday night. Not incredibly eventful. We left shortly after my dad got home from work. I ended up driving through Portland, and we stopped for the night in Eugene at this kinda sketchy hotel. The floors did not look very clean and the nob for cold water on the faucet was missing so only scalding hot water came out of it! I guess this is one of those times where you get what you pay for. ;)
Thursday morning we got woken up really early because the alarm went off! We hadn't even set it! Even if it hadn't gone off, we would have been woken up about ten minutes later by a really loud cell phone ringing in the hall and the guy who answered it talking loudly right by our door. I was glad when we left that place. lol We drove, and drove, and drove, and finally made it down to Lake Shasta to visit the caverns there. I had never been and they were really cool. The LARGE number of stairs we had to first climb, and then descend, was worth it. Man, I wish I would have taken a picture of the one huge set of stairs for you all to see. lol My legs were not happy after that, but it was fun and all the cave formations, of course, were really cool. I saw cave bacon and cave spaggetti. :D Hehehe. I took pictures inside the caverns and of the lake area which I will post on TWO17 in the next few days when I get the chance. After that, it wasn't too much longer till we reached our destination.
We went straight to my Aunt and Uncle's house for dinner. Oh my gosh, my cousin Keith shot up like a weed! He's over 6' tall now, and I tell you, he's gonna break hearts. He looks so handsome, and he's such a good, sweet guy. I heart him. And Teona has always been beautiful. She's got herself a boyfriend now. *rolls eyes* And then I saw Steven. *sigh* He's got even more tattoos now, and a nose ring, and I totally thought of AJ when I saw him. lol He's even got this interesting scruff on his chin. He cut his hair though, and I like the new style. It even looks good black instead of his natural sandy blond (though I always liked that, too). He tried to get his daughter Emily to say hello to everyone, but she was being all shy. Dinner was fun, and Keith and I talked about movies and such. I think the only one we talked about that we both had seen was Star Wars III. lol All the others either I hadn't seen, or he hadn't see. Hehe. It was still fun though. :)
The next day, Emily decided not to be shy anymore. Who knew how much fun cousin Holly could be? lol Once she overcame her shyness, she came over to the couch where I was sitting and wanted to look at my purse, which was next to me on the couch. She looked at the outside a bit, then asked to see the inside. I pulled out everything for her to see. lol She really liked my Mickey Mouse playing cards. Then, I put everything back only to have her ask me to take everthing out again. That happened another time, too! lol See? Who knew I could be so interesting - or my stuff rather? ;) Later in the evening, my parents and I went to dinner with my Grandma and Grandpa, who were staying at the Motel 6 also. I had some fun buying some stuff from the little gift shop at the restaurant, including some stuff for Tammy as thanks for taking care of my kitties while we were away. :) But yes, my parents and grandparents went to a local jazz festival after dinner and I hung around in the hotel room watching TV and reading.
I was surprised to see Steven Saturday morning when we got to my Aunt and Uncle's house. I thought for sure he'd be busy doing something to prepare for his wedding. lol I guess he just hadn't gotten started yet though because he shortly did. He had to go run some errands, including getting hair dye because, heaven forbid, he couldn't leave his roots showing! lmao I was asked if it was covering everything because Keith put it in for Steven and didn't know what he was doing. *giggles* Steven was also supposed to get a new tattoo, but he didn't end up having time. See, he's all jazzed 'cause he has his own personal tattoo artist - his friend. He's such a silly boy, but I still love him. ;) I'll just skip to the wedding now. :)
We got there a bit early and I had some soda while we waited for others to arrive. We said hello to the others around and I told Keith he looked sharp. Teona was off with Brittany (now Steven's wife, officially) getting ready, and so I didn't see her until she was going down the aisle. Anyway, my other cousins who were coming arrived after a little while so it was time for another round of hugs. Yay hugs! :) I wasn't going to take any pictures, though I had my camera in the car, but then my Uncle Jerry told my mom they'd forgot their camera, and they all requested that I take pictures. I took a couple before things got started, and then it was time to be heading to the lawn where the chairs were setup before I knew it! By the way, the wedding was at a winery, and we were looking over the vinyard during the ceremony. But yes, Keith escorted our cousin CJ and I to our seats. Then her brothers came and joined us.
The ceremony was lovely. Steven and Brittany's daughter, Emily, was the flower girl and she was SO adorable! She had a cute little white dress and her hair was up in curls... adorable. lol Steven said afterward that when Brittany was walking down the aisle to him it seemed like it took a long time. Isn't that sweet? *gushes* Brittany was crying pretty fast once everything started. It was sweet. Then when she was asked if she'd take Steven as her husband, she was quite enthusiastic with her "I will." lol Steven was then quite enthusiastic when the pastor said that he could kiss his bride, of course. Then they were officially introduced as Mr. and Mrs. and it was so happy! I took some photos of the wedding party while the professional photographer was doing so. I just stood off to an angle. The cousins pushed me to go up closer because I was afraid the photographer would get pissed at me if I did, but it was okay. Silly me though, I forgot to turn on the image stabilizer on my lens. *sigh* I could not remember which symbol was on and which was off. lol I still ended up with some very nice shots though. I also got the most adorable picture of Keith and Emily!!! I wish I could show it off to everyone. lol It's so cute.
After all the pictures, dinner was served. My parents and I were at the back table with a bunch of people we didn't know. lol I don't know how they chose who sat where, but whatever. ;) I saw a white owl though while we were eating, and my Grandma said that was like a good-luck thing or something. Heh. And then after dinner, they did the toasts. Keith was his brother's Best Man, and so he did the first toast. He did a good job with a short, but sweet, toast that had a little joke wrapped in it. Brittany and Steven even said thank yous to people for coming, etc. Steven thanked his friend and personal tattoo artist, too. *rolls eyes* The first dance was soon after that.
There was also the father/daughter dance, and the mother/son dance. Then they did the deal where you pay to dance with the bride and/or groom. My dad came over and said that they'd taken a vote that I had to dance with Steven and he gave me a five dollar bill. I'm too darn nice though, and I kept letting other people go, and lost my chance when they suddenly announced they were going to cut the cake. The only had the photographer for a limited amount of time, so... I guess, actually, the photographer was supposed to be gone by then, but stuck around some extra. That was nice. Hopefully she didn't charge them extra for that though. I was bummed that neither of them slapped cake into the other's face. Apparently Brittany told Steven he'd be in big trouble if he did. I asked her the next day why she didn't put cake in his face though 'cause Steven wasn't wearing make-up and his hair wouldn't have been phased by it. She didn't really give me an answer. lol
They had everyone head back outside to the dance area while the cake was being cut. People were definately getting their groove on. I ended up putting my camera away after a bit as it wasn't really worth carting around any longer. I was not really dancing at first. CJ finally convinced me to get rid of my heels (which were killing me) and go barefoot. After that I got a little more into it. lol They played a lot of fast songs so my cousins and I were all in a circle doing the semi-lame sort of dancing. Keith kept breaking out his moves in the middle though, and then Brittany's brothers would join him every once in a while. lol My cousins Don, Kevin, Michael, CJ and I all sort of stuck to our little group for the most part though. There was a train deal going on during two songs though, so that was kind of fun. lol Then there was a slow song and Michael made me dance with him, even though I don't know how to slow dance. lol Okay, so he didn't really MAKE me, but yeah. We tried to do the box step one after a bit of the just rocking back and forth deal, but I kept using the wrong foot. lol I stepped on Michael's foot once, but he was wearing shoes and I was barefoot, so I don't think it hurt him, though I apologized anyway. It was fun though. :)
I took a few breaks every once in a while from the dancing, but I was sort of starting to let go of my inhibitions as time went on. We partied for hours. lol I passed up the cake when it was finally served though. I've never really been a cake person; I can only do the chocolate ones in small portions. I far prefer ice cream. lol Anyway, as the night went on, people started to fizzle out and head off. We stayed quite a while though and myself and the other cousins were rewarded with watching Steven dance with himself. I would be far understating it if I said he was just a little bit drunk. He was QUITE drunk. And so he danced with himself and it was quite funny. lmao Oh, Steven.
My other cousins left not too long after Steven's dance, and then it was getting time for us to leave as well. We started saying goodbyes, then Steven snuck up on me and dragged me out onto the dance floor. lol I had already given him the money earlier even though I missed my chance for a dance, but I finally got it near the end. ;) I did mostly standing, but then started to figure, what the hey, and Steven encouraged me. lol It was fun. We went on to continue goodbyes and then I didn't see Steven anywhere for me to say goodbye to him! He had disappeared! He showed up before we left though, and eveyone else said goodbye and hugged him, then it was my turn. I had a special few minutes bonding with Steven that I shall not forget. It felt like years ago again, and it was good. I'm teary-eyed thinking about it. But I shall not share any more than that. It was really just between him and me, and I wouldn't feel right posting it here, and I've not told anyone else what we said either.
In short, the wedding was beautiful, and a blast. I'm so glad my parents and I got to go! :D
Sunday morning was breakfast with the grandparents, Uncle Mike and Aunt Rhonda, Keith and Teona, and surprise, surprise, Steven and Brittany too! I thought they were leaving for their cruise right away, but I guess it wasn't until today that they were leaving. lol So, we all had a nice breakfast together. Steven was mentioning something from when we were at Knott's Berry Farm when we were little. I totally didn't remember that happening and he was all sad that I couldn't remember. I said I was sorry and that I remembered some other things from that day, but not that. Aww. I felt kind of bad. lol
After breakfast we went back to my Aunt and Uncle's place to visit for a while before my parents and I left. Keith and I ended up watching Big Momma's House. lol We left before it was over, but what I saw was... interesting. Yes, I laughed, but it was still sort of an odd movie. Not one I would have watched of my own accord, but there were quite a few parts that made me laugh. Plus, it was bonding time with Keith, and my dad watched a lot of it too. We said goodbye around two though and headed off a little earlier than planned to make it a little farther toward our destination.
We had some fun finding a place to stay once we got near Crater Lake. lol First there was a very sketchy looking place. Praise God, we couldn't find out where their temorary office was! lol Then there was a place that was too expensive, then one that didn't have a room with two beds, only a room with one. lol The place we ended up staying at was very nice though, and it was a very good price! Praise God again! :D lol I watched the end of The Mummy Returns and then went to sleep.
I woke up early this morning and caught the second episode of Saved by the Bell that was on at 7:30 AM. I'd seen the episode, but it was a good one. ;) Then we got ready and went up to Crater Lake. It was really pretty/awesome looking. It was my first time going there, so that was really cool. I took quite a few pictures there. lol We drove around almost all of the lake until we got to the next highway and then headed home. I finished my book on the way, and then we got home and I got to see the kitties, load my pictures onto the computer, and now type this. The vacation was good, and now I'm tired from all this typing. lol Goodnight!

New layout!!! Woo! Okay, I'm sure you all had guessed that I would eventually get up a layout using my pics from the Ridgefield concert, and you were right! lol I'm really liking how this turned out. It didn't come out like I had originally seen it in my head, but hey, they never do. ;)
In other news, it's getting mighty close to four thirty in the morning and I'm still awake. *smacks forehead* Stupid. I don't know why I do this to myself. My sleep schedule is whacked, and I'm going on a trip where it's expected to get fixed so that I can be awake to drive. I'm setting my alarm so that I don't get enough sleep tonight and then perhaps I will go to bed early tomorrow (or tonight, really) and wake up a decent time on Wednesday. Wish me luck, and I hope you all enjoy the new layout. :) Leave me tags, k?
P.S. Hugs to Tara for letting me use the picture of Kevin holding up the shirt she gave him. Of course, it didn't actually say 4606.net (I Photoshoped it, you can tell), it said "I bleed Blue." But yes, thanks Tara!!

One knows they're a little too computer crazy when they have their laptop setup right next to their desktop and they're working on both at the same time. *sigh* I may need help. ;) lol
Also, I find this quite humorous and actually managed to contain my laughter and not ruin it at the moment it counted. Tammy was working with myself, Charlie and Thomas today and she asks Thomas, "Hey, do you want a Sphynkter bumper sticker for your car?" He's all like "YEAH!" And we just told him it was a band. LMAO Then she asked Charlie and he said he'd take one too, even though he hasn't got a car. Oh man, if only they knew it was BSB related. They wouldn't want it then. It would be hilarious if they really did stick them in their car windows and some girls who were BSB fans asked them about it. *giggles* So funny, I just had to share. ;)
And in other BSB news, Katie, whom I met while waiting in line to be let into the soundcheck at Ridgefield, sent me the file of Tammy asking the Boys our marshmallow question and the Boys all answering!!! It's so much better in person, but this is lovely too. lol And this is good because I couldn't remember it all exactly, so now I have it. The only bummer is it's hard to hear the audio. I had to have everything on my laptop turned up all the way. I'm running it through RealProducer right now on my desktop though and hoping that will make the audio portion more clear. I'll probably try a few mixes of audio/video quality to see which comes out the best. You know, I'm really glad that I was given that copy of RealProducer Plus years ago by one of my former employers; it's come in handy! lol
Anything else to post? Not really. I have tomorrow off of work, so that shall be nice. Hopefully I'll get some things accomplished tomorrow. Oh yes, and my cousin's wedding is a week from today! All righty, I'm off. Ta ta!

DUDE! You can custom design your own All*Star shoes at Converse.com! I mean, you get to pick the colors for every part! I went all out having fun with it. Man, if I end up with an extra $60 to throw around in a few months, I may very well go for that because it's just so AWESOME! lol How did I discover this, you ask? I've been searching the web for pictures of fashion from the 80's, and naturally I went to go check out what colors you could get All*Stars in now. But yeah, I thought that was so cool! The ones I designed had orange, dark red, green, and navy blue. I think they looked rad. lol
In other news, I finally cut off my soundcheck wristband today. It was sort of sad. lol It was getting a bit worn looking, so I thought I should cut it off before it got too decrepid to be included in my BSB scrapbook. :) Smart of me, eh? ;) lol
Last night at work, I cleaned up what I was supposed to in the theatre, went upstairs and shut off the projector and the lights, etc., then I came down and my dad and I had to wait around even though I was finished with all the closing stuff. Why? Because there was a lady and her young daughter in the bathroom the WHOLE time! At least they didn't make a mess.
I do believe that I was going to post about something else, but alas, I cannot remember what that was. *sigh* I need to be better about blogging. I have fallen into a rutt again. Bad me. I shall try and be better about posting.

The Backstreet Boys concert last night was AWESOME!!! Oh yeah baby! lol I still think that Black and Blue was my personal favorite tour, but this one was very good. And remember how I didn't win soundcheck passes via the contest at the fan club? I got a wristband and made it in anyway!!!!! *screams* YEAH BABY!!!! lol Tara had won, and so her and her boyfriend gave Tammy and I a ride to the venue early and we waited around. Tara and her boyfriend got their wristbands, then there was a bodyguard that had extras, and after patient waiting, which I was surprisingly not freaking out or nervous at all through, we were given wristbands!!! :D And guess what else! Tammy asked the Boys our marshmallow question!!!! It was totally exciting!
Lots of fun stuff happened at the concert, and I did a full write-up of everything that I can remember. lol I may add more later. This always happens to me after a concert, I start to forget everything right away, and then it all comes back in pieces. Tammy suggested that it could be from being bombarded with so much to take in all at once, and I would say that's quite plausible. Hehe. I remember enough though, and it was AWESOME! Oh yeah, the write-up can be accessed through girl, then concerts, and then the last one on the list. OR, you can be lazy and just click here. I must warn you though, I wrote FIVE pages worth, and there are 184 pictures from the soundcheck and concert put together. So, it may take a bit to load, and it will certainly take some time to read and look through all the pictures. lol Some of the pictures came out really good though, most especially the soundcheck ones.
I also bought a tour program, a fake backstage pass thing, the black and white poster they had, and a t-shirt with the picture of them standing in front of the old-fasioned car and then the tour dates on the back. It even properly says "Ridgefield, WA" on the t-shirt like it should! All night long the opening acts and the Boys were all like, "Portland, OR" and I'm like, "we're in RIDGEFIELD!" lol Okay, so it was only a few times, but you'd think they'd at least say a city in the state they're actually in. lol
And, of course, I did not get to meet them, but oh well. I now know what kind of marshmallows all the guys like, or don't like. I suppose I could post that right here for those of you not wanting to read the whole write-up. Shall I? I guess I shall. ;) Here is an excerpt from my write-up.
They started off by singing "Weird World." I was WAY surprised that everyone was so well behaved the entire time. Props to us fans! lol It was totally like a mini, almost personal performance. And they guys were really funny. Anyway, they moved on and did "Incomplete," and then they sang a song for the guy who came out with the mic for fans to ask questions. It was a funny song. When the first fan was asking a question, I turned to Tammy and was like, "the marshmallow question!" She was like, "Yeah," and I told her to ask it. lol Before I could figure out what was going on, Tammy got up and walked over to the guy who had the microphone. After a moment, I realized she had raised her hand and he had motioned for her to come over. lol
When Tammy got up to ask the question, she did so very well! As best as I can remember, the following is what was said: Tammy said, "Hi, I’m Tamara from Seattle." All the Boys said "Hi Tamara" or "Hi Tamara from Seattle." *squee* Then she continued and said something like, "my friend and I really like to roast marshmallows. When you guys have marshmallows, how do you prefer them, burnt to a crisp, lightly toasted, or not toasted at all?" Sidetrack - You have to understand, this was a joint question that Tammy and I came up with YEARS ago and have been dying to know the answer to ever since! It may seem a little weird, but we can pretty much guarantee that no one else has ever asked them that before. lmao Anyway... Kevin was the first to answer. He likes his burnt with lots of charcoal. I went "Woo!" really loud when he did that. Woops. lmao That’s the way I like them too, so I was excited. Dear Lord, I hope none of them actually noticed me though. A few of them sort of looked in my direction, but hopefully they didn’t connect me with the noise. lol Then AJ and Howie sort of started to say things at the same time and I THINK Howie went first and said he just likes them in smores. The rest of the Boys made fun of the way he pronounced smores. Poor Howie! Then AJ said he doesn’t like marshmallows. Then Brian said he could go either way. Of course, the guys gave that a bit of a bad connotation. lol But Brian said he likes them burnt and lightly toasted. Nick was last (I think, I could have things mixed up as I was too excited) and said he likes them lightly toasted to where he can peel off the skin and eat the gooey stuff inside. Tammy was happy about that because that’s the way she likes them best. lol AJ ended up adding that he just likes the graham crackers and that chocolate does not sit well with him either. I was said when I heard that. I really like chocolate. lol
Dude, Tammy and I were just so excited that they ALL actually answered the question! lol And that they didn’t say, "uh, next question please" or anything either. It was AWESOME.

Well, there's not much else to say. The concert was my big thing. lol I will say, however, that I could have made it up to the Vancouver, B.C. show. Both my mom and Tamara thought I'd be totally tired from last night and driving, but I still feel wide awake right now, and the driving really wasn't that bad. Oh well. I shall now know for next time, perhaps. ;) lol I am hoping that they do a second U.S./Canada leg and I can make it to at least one more concert. Sam's at her first concert right now, so I hope she's having fun, and I hope she has even more fun when she goes again in a few more days! lol That's it for now. Ta!

Tomorrow is the Backstreet Boys concert! Woo! I'm half excited/half thinking it doesn't really seem like it's tomorrow. lol I hope and I pray to God that I can sleep well tonight. I need to get plenty of sleep for the drive tomorrow. I bought some drinks to take on the way down in the cooler today and everything. lol I'm trying to be prepared. I'm gonna need to write up a list of items to take tonight and pack as much as I can tonight as well. Not like there's a lot to pack, but I don't want to forget anything rather important. I'm going to be meeting up with a few people at the concert tomorrow as well, so I'm excited. I shall have a full write-up online fairly quick I think. I have Saturday off, so once I get back I should theoretically have plenty of time. ;)
In other news, I went to two movie screenings yesterday. I saw Wallace and Gromit: The Curse of the Were-Rabbit in the morning. It was pretty good. Not terribly funny, but funny enough and still good to watch. :) Then I had lunch with my boss and her daughter since they made it to that screening as well. We ate at a place called Johnny Rocket's (I believe) and in the middle of our conversation, they turned up the music REALLY loud. Before we knew it, the workers were dancing to "Love Shack." lmao I remarked to my boss and her daughter that I would probably die of embarassment if I had to work there. lmao It was kind of weird, really.
After that, I was left to wander the mall by my lonesome. I tried to find a shirt for the concert, but I wasn't having much luck. There weren't really any of my kind of stores at this mall (aside from Barnes & Noble, but that's books, not clothes), so that didn't help. I actually went into bebe and tried on something. The shirt was kind of cute, but didn't fit me right, and the size down was WAY too small. It was a good thing though because I don't think I would have wanted to spend the $40 they were asking for the top. That's crazy. $14 max people! lol I didn't even find a new book to buy at Barnes & Noble. How sad. Oh well.
Finally, it was time for the second movie, which was The Greatest Game Ever Played. Oh my gosh, that movie was SO good! I really liked it a lot. Shia did wonderfully in it too, I thought. The filming was quite interesting too. In short, you must all go see it. As long as you understand mini golf, you can follow the regular golf in the movie just fine. ;) lol I was cheering inside for Shia's character a whole bunch, and then I cried from happiness at the end, so that makes it good in my book, man. lol
I was feeling good after the movie... until I went to pay for my parking anyway. Want to guess how much they charged me for parking? Normally I'm only there for about 3 hours to see just one movie and they charge $8 or $9 dollars. Ouch. So, I figured, you know, like about the same because that's a fair amount of money so that must be the daily rate. Apparently not. The EVIL city of Seattle charged me $18 for parking!!! Holy friggin' cow! The city owns that parking structure, so all the blame goes onto them. Grrr.
Wow... I really didn't post for a long time. Oops. Unfortunately, I can't really remember anything else. lol Well, except that, the writing community that Sam and I are making is actually starting to get put together now! Woo! I got the forums installed and Sam did the layout for the main portion of the site. However, there's still the content of the pages, which tends to take me the most time. lol Hopefully it'll be going in a few weeks though. I'm getting more and more excited about it now!
Okay, I'm off. It's starting to get late and I still need to get things done before bed. Ack! The BSB concert is tomorrow!! How exciting is that? I know Cori is excited. ;) lol All right, nighty night!
