Well, I survived my first week of college! LoL And, miraculously, the only homework I have for the weekend is just if I want to get a bit of a head start on the stuff we're doing next week! YEAH! LoL We did have a lil surprise quiz today in my history class...I'm not sure if I did well on it, but at least Elizabeth isn't sure if she did well either! LoL I'm not alone in this at least. I love my astronomy class. It's really fun and my professor is cool. My history professor(or doctor, I should say) is pretty cool too. I can't wait until I get into some of my other classes next quarter. I'm probably gonna take Archery(which I was going to take this quarter, but I decided not too for some stupid reason...lol), Linguistics, and I don't know what the other class would be...LoL I haven't quite decided yet.
Alison and I still don't have tickets to the Backstreet Boys concert we're going to and it's getting REALLY close, but that's ok. If all else fails we'll just get tickets when we get there or the day before we go or something like that. I donno...lol. We'll figure something out at some point. We were hoping that some second row floor seats we'd found for about $400 a piece on the internet would go down into a price range that we could afford, but apparently some stupid person bought them! INSANE I TELL YOU!!!! Must've been a rich person or something. Well, there's still fourth row one's, but they're too expensive right now too and some rich person will probably buy those too before we get the chance to have the price go down. GARR!!! It's not fair that these comanies get first pick at the tickets before the public and then they're allowed to turn around and sell them for FAR more than face value. IT'S JUST WRONG!!! If Theodore Roosevelt were here today he'd make some policy where that was illegal I tell you! (Can you tell I've learned a little bit from my history class already? *laughs*) I could have e-mailed Nick's Aunt and Uncle and asked them for tickets, but I figured since I don't know them at all that'd probably be a little rude and I'm just not the kind of person to do something like that. I'd feel too horrible about doing it.
I FINALLY got to hear 'Drowning' yesterday when I found a Real Audio file of it on the internet. I'm listening to it right now and have been for like the past hour. LoL I wonder when MTV's gonna freakin' reschedual the video premiere for it...it was supposed to premiere like a few weeks ago or something, but the pushed back all the new videos 'cause of Sept. 11th. They claimed that by taking requests for people's fave videos that had been retired long ago would make people be happy during that time and all I have to say to them is, "It would've made me A LOT happier if you'd have played my Boys' new video when you were supposed to and I'm sure a lot of other people would agree!!!" lmao
Work still sucks as usual, but it's complicated to get a new job 'cause the ones I want are out in the next biggest city from mine and that's like a half hour drive and my mom doesn't want me far from home when the roads start to get icy and stuff and she especially doesn't want me out in the dark which is gonna be at like 4:30pm!!! Ugh. Everyone keeps telling me that I should start my own webdesign business, but I don't know if I'd really get a steady enough flow of customers. I mean, at my free BSB layout site I get TONS of requests when the form is up(which it's not right now), but that's probably simply because it's free. I mean, would you pay me to make a layout for you? I don't know, maybe you would. I'd probably charge like $20 for a one template layout and a certain amount more if they wanted each section to look different and I don't even know how much I'd charge to maintain a site for someone. I guess it'd depend on how much maintenance it would need. I'd probably just charge whenever it needed it unless it was regular.
I've got permission from the fanlistings to make two new fanlists so I'll let you know about those when they're up and going. Hopefully it'll be soon, but I don't know. It all depends on how busy I am with everything. Humm...guess that's it for now. TTFN!

Oh my gosh! I haven't posted for almost a week! That's just totally wrong! Ugh, I can't even remember half the stuff that I've done. Work still sucks. I'm thinking about trying to get a job at a photography place. Wish me luck! Orientation at the college sucked. It was boring. I start tomorrow. LoL My first class is in the building that's not finished yet, so I have no clue what's going on with that. Oh well, I'll figure it out tomorrow.
I'm working on getting another of my domains up. My message board is still very lonely. Give my message board some love. Please? Umm...I'm trying to remember what's been goin' on, but I can't. LoL Oh yeah! Remember when that freaky lady tried to break into my house? Well, some guy tried to tonight and freaked the heck outta me! First he just rang the door bell and was lookin' in the window and then he actually KICKED the door!!!! Hard too!!! Guy, why me?! They just all love to freak me out or somethin'! I tell ya, next time anything like that happens again I'm callin' 911 asap. Well, guess I'll put my books in my back pack and go to sleep or read a little of my book or something. TTFN!

Yay! I've already been very good today! I put up my fanlisting on Krystal Harris finally! (here) I'm starting to get more of my sites up and back up. Right now krazay.net is having problems. Something went wrong on my server and it's not getting fixed yet and to make it worse I have to reupload ALL of the files that were on there...oh, that is going to be so not happy with my huge picture gallery that I finally just got back up. *whines* Why'd my host for that domain have to have problems?! Arg. Well, Tammy and I are going to go try and see "The Musketeer" today. She should be calling me pretty soon 'cause the bus is probably almost to her street by now. :) Well, gonna go and see if I can possibly get my DNS settings worked out for krazay.net...TTFN!

I just put up my message board. It's called simplicity. It was up at raspberry-rain.net a few months ago, but no one ever posted or anything so I killed it. Anyways, I've started it freash and anew and I expect everyone to go and become a memeber! LoL Not really, but that would make me VERY happy. :D Oh yeah, it's right here.
Well, I've been trying to get a hold of Tammy all freakin' weekend and it's not working very well at all! Arg. I'm going to try again when I'm finished with this post so hopefully she'll actually be home and I'll be able to talk to her. :) I have to ask her if she wants to go with me to a rally that's down at the high school tonight. It's in conjunction with the "See You At The Poll" idea so we're going to have worship and a message and stuff. I'm not really sure what all we're going to do, but I told my friend I'd try and go and it could be cool. :)
I want to go and see "The Musketeer!" URG! I think that I'm just going to have to take myself to see it all alone tomorrow when everyone's still in school. Humm...maybe my friend who's also doing full-time at the college will want to go and see it with me and then I won't have to go all by myself! Well, gotta see if Tammy's finally at home. TTFN!

Ok, we all know what happened yesterday in the US so there's no need for me to restate it. I will write up my whole thoughts on it in another entry at a later time, but for now I'd just like to extend my deepest sympathy to those who've lost someone dear to them. There is really nothing else that I can say to them except that I've been praying for everyone and I believe that all those who died are now in a better place with God. That is all I have to say about this matter right now.
Well, minature golfing with my cousins was great! I started out doing really good, but then somewhere along the way my luck deminished and I ended up in third place(there was only me and two of my cousins...you figure it out. LoL). Oh well, it was much fun! After that we played some video games including one of our very favorites, Dance Dance Revolution. LoL Both my cousins are far better at that game than I am, but if I do the easy levels I usually score pretty well. ;) We also got our pics taken in one of those photobooths. That was lots of fun and I love the pictures! LoL I can even handle how I look in them...now THAT's amazing!
Wednesday we went to California Adventure and there was like almost no one there so we walked onto EVERY single one of the rides we went on all that day! That was absolutely great! I'm also very proud of myself because I discovered something that my cousins, who have season passes, didn't even know was there! They have the "Who wants to be a Millionaire" gameshow there! LoL Well, it's a little different 'cause they added "Play It!" to the title and Regis isn't there, but it's SO much fun! Everyone gets to play along and have a chance at getting in the hotseat and guess what...go on...guess...fine, I'll tell you...I almost got in the hotseat!!!! They pause at certain intervals to see who the top ten members of the audience are and my cousins and I were staring at the screen as they posted them and we saw their two numbers and I was like, "wait...I answered everything right and really fast...where's my seat number?" and then they showed the top person and guess who it was...it was ME!!! LoL Well, I got a few more questions right after that, but then I missed some so I didn't get to go in the hotseat. Oh well, just means I'm going to have to try again next time I go! LoL
Let's see...I think Thursday's the day that I went to the mall...yup...I think that's when it was. Anyways, I went to the mall and I was like one of the only teenagers there 'cause most everyone in the area there had started school. LoL That was kinda wierd. After that I think my mom and I went to visit my g-ma and g-pa and then later that night we went to dinner at my aunt and uncle's house. Friday morning I was at my g-ma and g-pa's again. After that I went to visit my other cousins and my Uncle took me to Guitar Center to look at electric guitars because I've been wanting one. Well, he gets a discount so I was sure I was going to buy one while I was down there and then bring it home on the plane with me so we were looking at some different ones and we finally settled on a black used one. Once I'd chosen, they went to find out what the price would be after my uncle's discount(he owns a recording studio and spends TONS of money in that store so that's why he gets the discount) and my two cousins and I went to find me a guitar strap with flames on it. On the way to where the guitar straps were I saw this really nice electric blue guitar that was sparkly and glanced at the price and was like, "Hey, that's a good deal. I can afford that!" So, that's the guitar I chose and it only ended up costing $149! Yeah! After the amp and my strap with flames on it(yes, we found one) and all the other good junk that I needed got rung up as well the whole thing came out to be less than $300! I was a VERY happy camper. LoL Well, Monday morning my mom went with me to go buy the guitar(I didn't have enough money in my checking account so I borrowed some from my parents) and then we went to get ready for the wedding we were going to which was the main reason we'd flown down. Well, the wedding was alright, but the reception was boring until the groom(friend of my dad's) got up and did some stand up comedy and then played on the drums for a few numbers with the band. After that we got to leave and that was nice 'cause I didn't know anyone there and that really kinda sucked. LoL
Sunday was a party with a bunch of my cousins, which sadly some of them weren't able to make it. We did have a lot of fun though. Took lots of funny pictures! LoL We also had our own lil mini pool tournament which was great. My grandparent's have a pool table in an extention room of their house and when we were little we'd always all go and play pool and listen to music from the jukebox, which sadly was sold a few years ago. Ahh...those were the good old days. :) Monday we flew home. Lucky for use we weren't supposed to leave on Tuesday. God blessed us there.
Well, yesterday I spent a long time watching the news. I went into work for one hour and then watched more of the news and finally I just couldn't watch it anymore. Today was better. I went to visit my friends at the high school during lunch. That was good for me. I'm very proud of myself and the way that I handled myself when I saw my former crush. I didn't get nervous or freak out like I would have before which is good, it means I'm over it all and I'm glad of that. :) It was funny to go there though 'cause everyone was like, "Hey Holly! Where've you been?" and stuff and I'm not used to so many people greeting me like that. LoL It was fun though. After that I went and got a book from the library on guitar basics, but as of yet I really haven't been able to understand much of what they're talking about. I think I need lessons from a person and not a book. LoL I came home to eat after that and then went on the computer(what else would I do? LoL) and here I've been for quite a while minus when my mom made me do some chores. All I've really accomplished was a new layout for shininstar.net. I need to stop making new layouts for the sites that I currently have and get the sites that I still need to finish done so that I can launch them. Hopefully I'll get my butt in gear pretty soon. I've been rather lazy lately. Well, guess that's all for now as this entry is far too long as it is. You know, I don't think anyone actually reads my posts because they're so long! LoL I talk to much. That is that. Although, you'd never guess it if you met me in real life. I'm quieter than heck at school and around people I don't know. Anyhoo, TTFN!

Hey! Well, my trip's been great so far! LoL We got in pretty late at night and went to go and pick up our rental car and then when we got there they said that they didn't have any cars on the lot, but we had a reservation for one so I was like, "Ok, whatever." Anyways, so I was talking with my dad about how they should give us an upgrade since they were making us wait a long time and I jokingly said to him, "Hey dad, maybe they'll give us a convertable!" I didn't really want one though and I said that because I knew I'd have to sit in the back and that it would be windier than heck with the top down, but anyways...so my mom and I went a walkin' outside a while later to check and see if there really was nothing on the lot and there was a car that some other people were taking and a maroon convertable. LoL Anyways, so we went back inside and then a little later they were talking about giving us a van that just came it, but it didn't have any AC and that's a pretty important thing to have in Cali so they were saying that we could bring it back the next day(way too much of a hassel) and trade it in for the compact car we were supposed to get. Anyways, my parents were thinking about it when the manager guy went up to them and suggested another car that we could just have instead for the same price and my parents took that. So, we're walking out and I still thought we were getting the van and then my parents walked over to the convertable and opened up the trunk and I just started laughing and I was just like, "Oh, I so called that!" LoL So, anyways, we got the convertable and it's alright, but I do get a little blown away when the top is down and I would never want one as my car, that's for sure. I don't really like 'em. So, Sunday was the pool party and I burnt my scalp, face, arms, and probably my back too although I haven't really been able to tell. It was lots of fun though. I went shopping yesterday with my cousins and my Aunt and Uncle and I got some cool stuff for my MiniDisk walkman so that was productive. :) And then we went to a BBQ later that night and that was fun except that I'm never going to ride one of those little scooter things ever again! My poor flat feet hurt like heck after the 2 mile ride we went on that I thought was just supposed to be "around the block!" *L* Today I'm hanging out over at my cousin's house and we're going to go miniature golfing in a little while so that should be lots of fun. We might swim later too, but I don't know. Tomorrow we're going to California Adventure though so that will be cool. :) I love the roller coaster they've got there. :) Anyways, gotta go so my cousin Kev can play one of those war games over the net. LoL Someone signed my gbook over at raspberry-rain.net thinking that the pictures on the new layout were whales. Hehe. They're not whales. They're great white sharks. Oh well, guess they weren't really paying attention to it.
Well, yesterday morning I went to the doctors. Got my second Hepatitis B shot and then the froze my wart. Yes, I have a wart. It's not a big deal. Lots of people get warts. This is my first and only so far and I'm hoping it will stay that way. It took me over three months to find out that it's actually a wart though. The first doctor I saw and asked about it said that it was an infected hair folical...they don't get that big though. LoL Anyways, I didn't even think about the possibility of it being a wart though 'cause it's pink and I always thought warts were black. Well, it takes like a week for the wart to die and fall off after they freeze it so I'm just waiting now. It's on my ankle so it's not like anyone's even noticed that I have it or anything so I'm not at all bothered by it. :) It's kinda wierd when they freeze it though. LoL It feels like a bunch of little pins going into for the amount of time they're actually doing it, but it doesn't hurt that bad at all and then it just burns a little for the rest of the day. I feel nothing now. :)
We're leaving for Cali today. :D I get to see my cousins again for the second time this summer! YAY! There's going to be a party for us tomorrow so we get to play in the pool and stuff so that will be tons of fun. :) Well, I gotta make up some more Mini Disks for the trip and I need to finish packing so I will write more next time I'm at a computer(maybe at my cousin's house). TTFN!
